Beautiful house of 125m ² entirely renovated (exposed beams, stone walls, vitrified solid parquet floor) in the heart of a small village, 2km from Barbezieux.
On the ground floor, new kitchen (with dishwasher), entrance and large living room.
On the floor, 3 rooms (2 rooms with beds 140 and 1 room with 2 beds of 90), room of water doubles basin;
Enclosed garden with garden furniture (6 seater table and chairs and 1 set of armchairs), well (with protection grid),
