Surfer’s Paradise Villa is a new holiday rental located in the prime spot just opposite Mt. Irvine Beach! Come enjoy the sound of our waves day and night while you relax in our Jacuzzi & Pool with a front row view of the most spectacular sunsets. Our furnished Entertainment Courtyard is perfect for BBQ get togethers under Tobago’s blue sky while the cool Caribbean breeze blows or find yourself reading a book under our Patio Area in a hammock while watching the crystal blue waves crash on the shoreline.

Total this villa and lounge apartment can sleep up to 30 persons making it the ideal location for events and gatherings! (Ask us about our additional event fee to host occasions such as weddings, parties and corporate/ yoga retreats etc!)


ACCOMMODATION:

The 6 Bedroom Villa ( sleeps 12-24 max) can be rented separately from or together with the Surfer’s Lounge 1 Bedroom Private Extension (sleeps 2-6 max).

This Tobago gem is fully equipped with high end modern conveniences and amenities such as fully loaded high speed WiFi etc. For additional security and peace of mind, a state- of- the- art security system and private security emergency response team.


THE VILLA
The spacious 6 bedroom Villa comfortably accommodates 12 guests up to 24 max (using futons & trundles).

There is an additional 1 bedroom Surfers Lounge Apartment (price is not included in this listing. Please contact us for more information). It comfortably sleeps 2- 6 guests max, using futons and trundles. There's even space for blow up mattresses!

The entire property can sleep a max of 30 people with the fully 7 bedrooms.

The modern open plan Kitchen and Living space extends out onto our large Jacuzzi & pool deck overlooking the ocean’s horizon, thanks to an expansive 40’ wide sliding door set. Around the pool you can find a selection of comfortable seating; from a variety of hammocks, to outdoor sofas, floating lounge chairs and swings. The Villa’s stocked with yoga mats & accessories for our Yoga & Meditation practitioners!

THE SPACE:
Bedroom #1 (Sleeps 2-4)
Outfitted with a large, four-poster King size bed complete with an Indonesian-style mosquito canopy netting, storage shelving, an accent chair & Smart TV. A Queen size pull out bed. The bed is framed by a large window and French Doors that open out at the amazing pool and ocean view. Equipped with en suite bathroom and shower.

Bedroom #2 (Sleeps 4-7)
Outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed with a full size bunk on top, a queen size pull out bed and a futon. There is also storage shelving, a cupboard and has also access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom #3 (Sleep 4-6)
Designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a queen size pull out bed and access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom #4 Located upstairs, "The Treehouse" style studio (Sleeps 4-7)
Is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, a full size bunk on top, a queen size pull out and futon. The Treehouse is also equipped with storage shelving, a Smart TV, a refrigerator, a microwave and a breakfast dining table. There is ample floor space for an air mattress (or two) and comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and shower. The entire studio styled apartment is fully air conditioned with a stunning beach front view.

Bedroom #5 (Sleeps 4-5)
Designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed and single bunk beds. There are also one single size pull out beds along with access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom #6 (sleeps 2)
Outfitted with a Comfortable Queen size bed with access to its own private bathroom and shower.

Our Surfer’s Lounge is perfect for couples, small families or surfers, but it is not available by itself. Attached to the Main House but yet situated in an area that gives you full privacy from the main house with its own private entrance. Decorated with the inspiration of the beach, surfing with a hint of romance makes the Surfers Lounge Apartment an ideal vacation getaway. The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a TV with cable, free wifi, hot/cold water and in a secure compound. There is a small outdoor patio with seating for 4 in the lower gardens of the property and beach access is just 30 footsteps away!

It is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Queen size pull-out bed and futon and sleeps 4 standard and 5 at maximum capacity.

Surfers lounge is the owner's apartment and can be made available together with the villa at an additional cost of US$200 per night, if additional space is required. This will be at discretion of the owner, who stays there occasionally.
