Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated, luxury, waterfront, resort community located only one block from the gorgeous, white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from The Ritz Carlton.

This completely updated, modern, immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium provides guests with a fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are included.

Upgraded High Speed Wi-Fi allows working professionals to stay connected to business. Other technology includes four TVs, two DVD players, Alexa Concierge Service, The Nest heating and cooling thermostat, and keyless entry.

From the screened lanai you will enjoy views of the zero-entry pool with a tropical waterfall, perfect for kids of all ages. In addition, you can relax in the hot tub or exercise in the fitness center. Gas grills and outdoor dining areas are available poolside.

You will enjoy the convenience of an assigned, parking space along with a storage unit including beach chairs and pool toys in the parking garage. Bountiful outside parking exists for your visitors.

Within walking distance, Vanderbilt Beach offers beach-front dining, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat rides, and rentals, such as: jet skiing and parasailing. Enjoy a day of golf at one of Naples world-famous golf courses. Public tennis courts are a short walk away.

Nearby beach restaurants include The Turtle Club, The Lighthouse, La Playa and Gumbo Limbo. Drive up the street to more fine restaurants, plus movie theaters, and upscale shopping at Mercato, Pelican Bay Marketplace, or Pavilion Shops. Beautiful, romantic downtown Old Naples is only minutes away by car.

Really nice place to stay.

The place is amazing. Great amenities and very close to beach/groceries/shopping. The pool area was fun and relaxing. The condo is very nice, clean, and neat and everything was in great working order. It served it's purpose very well and we would definitely come back.

Awesome location and condo for a family vacation

Our family of 5 had an amazing week at this property. The condo was even better than we expected and had everything provided that we needed. We enjoyed the updated kitchen, spacious bathrooms, really comfortable beds, and beautiful pool area. We walked daily to the beach with the beach chairs and umbrella made available to us from the storage locker. It was perfect for our family.

Excellent family vacation

We loved every minute of our trip. We rented both condos owned by this owner and everything was as described and expected. Both units were very clean and well equipped. Love how close we were to the beach and the pool is fantastic. We will be back! Also a really nice feature to offer so many beach towels, pool/beach toys, chairs and umbrellas.

This was our 3rd stay at the Regatta and it did not disappoint. Katie was very helpful from day one through the end of the week. Very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely look to rent from her in the future!

Wonderful condo in Naples

The condo was large, exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed; including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. Everything about the unit was great; the beds were comfortable, the sitting areas were plenty and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was seamless and Katie was attentive and responsive. The grounds at the resort are gorgeous. The pool, which closes at 8pm, is clean and it was never crowded. The condo is within a 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach, which was beautiful and clean and it's also convenient to many stores, restaurants and other beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great family spot

Condo was great. Had bit of a headache upon arrival with security check in (we didn't know all the unit owners' names which we were listed under) and in unit we had no water. I texted with one of the owners who was very helpful. Slightly annoying but a quick fix! The condo itself was great - location was perfect, clean and well main, and great litlle perks like water toys, chairs and even games and markers for the kids. We would be happy to book again. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback!. We've never had a guest have trouble with the security check in, so we’ll certainly figure out the issue and get it fixed. I apologize for the water not being turned on. For safety and to prevent any leaking issues, we turn it off in between guest stays. We asked property manager to go in and turn it on before you got there, but obviously it didn’t get turned on prior to your arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience, but I'm glad we got it working promptly for you. We’re so glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and wound love to have you stay in the unit again.

Perfect Week

Overall my family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The location was perfect, just minutes from the Beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Had an excellent experience from booking the trip to heading home. Katie was awesome to deal with. Quick responses everytime. She gave recommendations on places to go, things to see and places to wat. The check in process was quick ans easy. Upon entering the condo, we were happy to see a very clean and updated place as seen in the photos. Just 8 an 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to down town Naples. Perfect location. The pool was clean and well maintained. The condo had chairs and an unbrella already there for us to take to the beach. What more could you ask for. I will be coming back down to the Regatta and staying here again very soon. Beautiful place and we really lucked out with even better weather! Thank you again Katie for a wonderful experience! We loved everything about this property! The condo was beautiful (exactly like the photos) it was extremely well stocked . PARADISE AT THE REGATTA!!

This is our second visit in as many years to this community and it was exceptional. It was exactly as the pictures displayed on the website. The condo was very clean with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and beach towels. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be back next summer.
