Small enclosed garden, sheltered to relax, terrace and barbecue to fully enjoy the summer.
The house is located in Riantec, common small sea Gâvres where you can enjoy the pleasures of fishing on foot, ballads and swimming at high tide.
Close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacy, doctors) but also a bus stop or you can go directly to Lorient by boat bus. (interceltique festival, Tabarly museum, submarine base)
Ideally located, you can discover nearby: Port Louis and its citadel, its night market and its nautical center, less than 10 minutes the great beaches of Gâvres, but also Carnac and its megaliths, Quiberon and its wild coast, Scorff Bridge ( village artisans and zoo), Vannes and Quimper less than an hour and why not escape a day to the island of Groix or Belle Ile.
The holidays will be too short to see everything!
