The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 70" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.

We love hosting families with keiki (children) ! All Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes welcome little one's. Our home has a pack'n'play, high chair, baby monitors, kids plates, cups and cutlery. For toddlers we have bed safety rails, toilet seat adapters, swim belts & jackets, kid sized bikes and even a step stool so they can reach the bathroom counter to brush their teeth.

Please note. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

FUN THINGS TO DO

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
