This gathering area of the house overlooks the large private backyard with heated gunite pool, broad stone terrace, extra-long teak outdoor dining table, a separate outdoor ping pong table, a jungle gym, and a trampoline. Other first floor rooms include a formal living room, a formal dining room (with a specially designed billiard table that converts to a large dining table), and a full-size private home office with a sitting area, fireplace, a Peloton Bike, and a Matrix stair climber (perfect for that person who needs to work from home during the summer).
