The studio "Alamanda" is located in the south of the island, in Saint-Pierre.
It is 5 minutes from the Port, the beach and the heart of the city.

Past the common portillon to the villa, you are at home, in this pleasant, functional studio, with neat decoration, very clean and independent of the villa.
It can accommodate 2 people in the room or in its mezzanine, (if you are not afraid to climb the ladder!) and has its kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The clearing shaded by a vine, leads to a private garden of 10m² sheltered from the sun by a blind if needed.

The owners who love nature and hiking will gladly inform you about possible activities on the island.
Prices according to number of people and duration of stay:
• 280 for one person per week for 7 nights and
• 315 for two people per week for 7 nights)

*The cleaning package is not included but you must pay it on arrival (30 euros)
*the deposit amounts to 200 € payable on arrival in check or cash it will be returned at the time of departure if everything is in accordance with the internal regulations.
