The Ocean Manor Condo is a wonderful resort, with 2 bars and restaurants!
On the Galt Ocean Mile, best location in northern Ft Lauderdale!!!
All tile floor. One bedroom has 2 double beds, the other has a king size bed. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, and their own large closets. Each bedroom has its own cable HD TV. Both bedrooms have a view of the ocean!
There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining room has a glass table, with 6 chairs. The living room has a sofa, love seat, chair, and glass coffee table. There is a desk, and free wifi. There is also a great view of the ocean! The condo now has a washer and dryer in unit!
The balcony has a patio table and 4 chairs, and a view of the ocean!
I provide a pile of fun beach toys for your kids. See photos. I also provide 6 beach chairs, and a small umbrella, if you rather carry these down instead of renting on the beach. The chairs at the pool are free.
This is a NON-SMOKING condo, please! No smoking at all, even on balcony. No exceptions, please.
Condo Rules do NOT allow pets, sorry, no exceptions.
Vacation Rental Amenities:
The resort has a beautiful pool, and is also right on the ocean. There is a Tiki Bar at the pool, as is a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There is a bar and restaurant inside, off the front lobby. NEW: Casa Calabria just opened in the lobby / 1st floor area. This is a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant, and bar that has received great reviews and they serve a great drink!
Some terms:
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. NO PARTIES! NO GUESTS OTHER THANN THOSE NAMED ABOVE!
2. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10 A.M.
3. This is a NON SMOKING unit, and no smoking is allowed on the balcony, either.
4. Pets are NOT permitted in rental units under any conditions.
5. We will not rent to people under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult
guardian or parent. Key code will only be given to adult or guardian. Parents cannot
sign this contract for their children to misrepresent who is staying. Any reservation
obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment,
deposit, and rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
6. All balconies are dangerous. Do not allow your children to be on the balcony without
constant adult supervision. These hurricane doors are heavy; do not allow children to
open or close them, so their hands and feet are kept safe. Be safe!
7. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- While a damage deposit is not required, guests are responsible
for any damage to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Soiled dishes
are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Lease dirty towels and linens on the floor.
8. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made with less than 30 days prior to check in
date, will receive no refund on any deposits or monies paid. With over a 60 day
notice, tenants may request a full refund. Between a 30 day and 60 day notice, tenants
will receive a 50% refund. No change in cancellation policy due to COVID-19. No
refund for early departure. No refunds will be given due to the weather. 9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is
limited to the number specified by tenant, filled out above.
10. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. While linens and
bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental
rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the apartment.
11. If landlord is unable to fulfill obligations of this contract, in no event shall landlord be responsible for more than the return of the money paid by the tenant. If the landlord deems the unit uninhabitable, only prorated rent will be returned to tenant.
12. PARKING – No free parking; valet parking only. At the time the landlord is writing
this contract, the valet charges $15 a night, with no limit on in/out access.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be
approved in writing in advance.
