I live in Princeville (Kauai) with my wife of 15 years and our 2 teenage boys. I originally moved here about 22 years ago while still single and moved back permanently in 2017. Having traveled extensively, I'm 100% convinced that Kauai is the most beautiful spot on earth and the residents are among the friendliest I've ever met. I am a full time real estate agent & Broker-in-Charge at RE/MAX Kauai here in the Princeville Shopping Center. I am passionate about selling real estate and cultivating new relationships. When not working, I enjoy paddling for Hanalei Canoe Club (6-man outrigger canoes), SUP, hiking, swimming, and spending quality time with my family.
Why they chose this property
The 'Plantation' is one of the most beautiful condo complexes in Princeville and is located just opposite the world class Makai Golf Course. Centrally located along the newly paved Princeville Path it is walking distance from the Princeville Shopping Center, resorts, beaches, and trails. Unit #321 is newly remodeled and kept in immaculate condition.
