Relax and enjoy Paradise in our luxurious and well maintained 2nd floor 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo. The Plantation at Princeville is a beautiful community in central Princeville. Our property comes equipped with Central Air Conditioning, A large extended Lanai with an excellent view of the waterfall and pool as well as gorgeous lush mountains and distant ocean waves. The home is fully stocked with Tommy Bahama furnishings, Granite counter tops, 1 car garage complete with beach gear and toys.

The condo was very clean. It is nice to have three bedrooms and three full baths. The pool is very clean although fairly small the host made sure that we had many items to help such as paper towels, toilet paper washing machine pods. The condo is a bit dated.

Beautiful area! My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Our host Freddy was very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family

Very comfortable for our family of five. Room to spread out as needed and plenary of space to congregate together for meals and games. Host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of amenities available beach gear available to use as needed.

Perfect spot for northshore group hiking!!

Could not have worked out better for our group of six. Easy to get to all the great North shores sites. Everything that we would need was in the condo. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Big bonus was the hot tub every night to soothe our sore legs!!!

Relaxing and Enjoyable

We drove through Princeville 10 years ago and never thought we would stay here. It was just as nice as I thought it would be. It was so nice in the morning sitting on the patio, drinking coffee and listening to the birds! We felt very comfortable with the accommodations. Our host was very helpful and communicative.

Awesome condo in Princeville?

Very spacious and well equipped condo, location is fantastic on the North Shore with easy access to Hanalei, Ke’e, Anini, Queens Bath. Complex is very nice and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. Unit is very comfortable for 6-7 people. This is our 4th time staying in this complex and 2nd time in this unit, loved it every time and will be back!!!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Freddy's place. We stayed in his place with six adults and we had friends book a neighboring unit. For a large (quiet) group, this is a fantastic complex, especially because of the pool and BBQ area, which is shared. With easy parking, beautiful views, and being so close to Hanalei, this place is a great find. Truly a lovely place; exactly as described/pictured. And Freddy himself is a lovely host - extremely communicative and helpful every step of the way. We hope to stay here again when we are in Kauai.

The condo was awesome. Fully equipped as if it were your own. Very clean, modern and comfy.

The overall complex was beautiful with a great pool and spa to relax in. Our unit had air conditioning but we didn’t need it due to ceiling fans in each room plus sliders that open up to let fresh air in. The three bedrooms had wonderful bedding and very comfortable beds. Our family gives this property very high marks and the owner is very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this unit.

Lovely & Comfortable

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this very beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the garage was well stocked with beach gear. Check in and check out were easy, and Freddy provided thorough instructions before we arrived. We didn’t need to contact him during our stay because everything was great, but he provided his phone number in case of questions or issues. We absolutely recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again,

Well appointed and comfortable

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay. The condo is well laid out so we didn't feel cramped or without privacy. It was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. It has everything you can possibly need in the kitchen and for beach gear! We even enjoyed putting together a puzzle on a rainy day. Dining al fresco on the lanai is also a great option. The supermarket and restaurants are nearby and convenient. The grounds , including the pool area, are well maintained. Owner Freddy was easy to work with and always responsive. Thank you Freddy for sharing your beautiful home.

Lovely condo

Our 5 day stay here was wonderful! The decor was tasteful and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped ( even though we only ate breakfast or lunch there). The appliances were nice and having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. The lanai was roomy and had lots of space, table and chairs for all of us to sit outside each morning for breakfast. We were visited by beautiful birds every am ! Just amazing! We even used the pool several times ( which was so pretty and featured a whirlpool hot tub). Location was great and I’m not sure how we could have enjoyed our stay here any more than we did. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

we had a nice stay

we had a nice stay here, we were 4 adults and 2 small children, the beds were very comfy, there was everything here that we could possible need. Spices, condiments, suntan lotion, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, beach chairs, boogie boards, high chair, playpen. Even food in the fridge, that probably other guests had left. You really don't need to bring anything. We really appreciated this as usually you have to buy little things like salt, pepper, spices. The pool was great, the deck was nice. I was happy there was air conditioning for sleeping at night. Thank you Freddy!

Princeville slice of heaven

A great time was had by all! Location, amenities, communication .. everything was great! Plenty of parking too! This was our 3rd trip to Kauai and I would definitely stay here again! Great home base for day trips to anywhere on the island. We did run into one snafu and that was due to the traffic and cutting of the bushes along with a gravel truck spill we missed our ziplining. But, we adventured around the island and had an amazing day in spite of the situation. We used the pool area to grill and that was fabulous. Spa heater was broken at the time of our visit and the note on the pool said the motor was delayed. Next time will try out the spa :) Thank you again for sharing your slice of heaven! Look forward to our next visit!

First Trip to Kauai

We found this a good location for our day trips around the island. The space was good for 5 adult family members although the only large enough eating space for meal time was on the lanai...which was fine by us.....eating outdoors this time of year isn't something we are able to do back home. We had an issue with one toilet but it was taken care of quickly. Much appreciated. Kauai is beautiful and we enjoyed visiting the island over Christmas...learned some Hawaiian Christmas carols and took advantage of all the markets to purchase local items for each other plus lots of yummy fruit. Thank you.

Great location on the north side of Kauai!

Great property for 3 couples. All will have private bedrooms with bathrooms. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool/hot tub and morning coffee on the lanai. Nice to have snorkeling/beach gear available. Within walking distance to Princeville and only 10 minutes by car to Hanalei. Loved the hike down to Sea Lodge beach!

Freddy is great. Nice place

It's a nice place. It was under construction, not Freddy fault but there was not enough parking because of the construction crew. But the place very nice. The North side is pretty lush and green. I didn't have any troubles reaching Freddy for any needs. He was fantastic. If there wasn't construction I think it would have been better just because we had to leave a lot because of the noise and paint fumes. Again not on Freddy. So I would go again in a heart beat. But I'd make sure there wasn't construction in the area. Oh the place was spacious, accommodated all of us comfortably. Really nice place.

We are an adventure loving family from Northern California who ultimately want to move to Kauai, our first step was buying our condo in 2017 which allows us to spend a few weeks a year on the Island. As our parents retire in the next couple years they will spend more time on Island. We hope to spend more of our summers in Kauai as our Children grow up, learn to swim, surf and truly enjoy nature. While we're not there we love sharing our condo with visitors.

Why they chose this property

We love the North shore. Hanalei bay is the ultimate beach and we'd love to live right on the bay but Princeville was a great compromise for a lower cost.
