Renovated beach house located on a quiet cul de sac, but 5 minutes away from Ditch Plains beach. This house is set up for a family, with 2 foam surfboards, 2 paddleboards, trampoline, slack line, pingpong table, tetherball, outside shower, hammocks. Gas barbeque on the large deck mean you never have to leave home after a long day at the beach. 3 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes all available for your use. Linen and towels provided.

We always loved Montauk for all the protected nature reserves, with so many great surf spots, for the eclectic bunch of people who live here, and this property is close to the beach.
What makes this property unique
No need for a car to get to the beach. It's on a quiet street so when summer gets hectic, you can still have calmness. Great garden for kids to run around and visit friends without the worry of a busy street. Nice community of people who live here.
