This Modern Farmhouse is a lovely home located minutes to
Downtown Asheville, Biltmore House, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It offers the comforts of home while you are away from home. Its beautiful ambiance will be greatly appreciated while you sit out on the front porch rockers and enjoy the view of the mountains. Sip some coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening to take in all this home has to offer.

An inviting and large front porch with rocking chairs is the perfect place enjoy the distant views of Little Pisgah and Bearwallow Mountains. Upon entering the home, you find rustic flooring with fresh, modern furniture and spacious, open living space. The living room has plenty of seating around a cozy gas fireplace where one can relax after a busy day. Ample seating at the dining room table and a well-stocked chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas stove, farmhouse style sink and granite countertops.
The main floor master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, SmartTV, large walk-in closet with luggage racks and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled, step-in shower. The first floor also offers a half bath and laundry room complete with iron and ironing board.

The upstairs living space has plenty of room to spread out with the second, spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in tiled shower stall along with an ample walk in closet. Down the hallway, you will find a bedroom fit for the youngsters with two bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a recreation room. The recreation room offers a separate space for teens and kids of all ages with a foosball table, SmartTV and sleeper sofa.

Very nice

This was a great location and a comfortable, nice house. There are tons of emails and notes sent when you book it, which is overboard in my opinion, but the stay was really good.

Great location

Very comfortable place we felt home all the time. It was very clean easy self check in. Absolutely wonderful. Also nice location and only minutes to Asheville. Will definitely recommend it.

Awesome weekend getaway!

Myself and a group of 8 other girls stayed at the house for a weekend trip. It was awesome! Plenty of space, clean, and very close to downtown Asheville. We felt very safe the entire time, and management was awesome about allowing us an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed.
