Charming studio in the heart of the pine forest

We rent, in annex of our house, a pretty comfortable studio with parking, independent entrance and terrace
Our house is located in the heart of the pine forest. You will be able to benefit from our garden, a raised, flowered, and animated garden, with some duck on a small stretch of water.
The town of Soustons and all its amenities is around 5 km away, it is essential to have a car. It is nevertheless possible to do everything by bike for the more athletic, access to Soustons is by a departmental little frequented in the shade of the pines and from Soustons you will find km of cycle paths!
This accommodation is ideal for 2 people
It has a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed, a convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, extractor, microwave oven).
We are 15 minutes from the beaches of Soustons and Vieux Boucau, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 45 minutes from Biarritz.
We provide bed and bathroom linen.
The cleaning remains the responsibility of the vacationers.

Sehr schönes Appartement, perfekt für zwei Personen, mitten in riesigem wunderschönen Garten. Liegt an kleiner Strasse, die aber nur selten von den Anwohnern befahren wird. Sehr ruhig. Einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Geräumiges Bad. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die Küche ist sehr klein, 2 Herdplatten. War für uns kein Problem, wir waren viel unterwegs und auswärts essen.

Petit coin de Paradis

J'ai passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce charmant studio au beau milieu de la forêt. Le petit ponton aménagé par les propriétaires est l'idéal pour se relaxer sur les transats. J'ai apprécié la proximité avec l'océan, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. L'ambiance "petit village" à Soustons m'a également enchanté. De nombreuses balades sont possibles aux alentours, notamment les grands étangs et marais. Les propriétaires Muriel et Jean-Christophe sont discrets et disponibles si nécessaire. J'espère revenir l'année prochaine !

Abseits des Touristentrubels in einem tollen Garten. Meer mit Rad erreichbar

Das Studio befindet sich mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse im Haus der sehr liebenswerten und entgegenkommenden Vermieter. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat alle Freiheiten, z.B. den üppigen Garten mit teilweise tropischen Pflanzen und Lotusteich mitzubenutzen. Für die Fahrt zu einem der Strände (12-15km über Fahrradwege) empfiehlt sich für nicht so sportliche Menschen das E-Bike. Wir haben uns bestens erholt.

Un petit coin de paradis

Je ne suis toujours pas très convaincu qu’il existe un Paradis quelque part dans les limbes, mais voilà à Soustons un petit coin de paradis terrestre bien réel. Le studio, auquel il n’y a pas grand-chose à redire, est presque anecdotique. Son emplacement vaut par ses fenêtres ouvrant sur ce coin de paradis et plus encore par ses extérieurs. Imaginez une sorte de clairière entourée de végétation, coupée du reste du monde et qui vous offre ses dégradés de terrasses, sa mare aux canards, ses plantes luxuriantes. Où les chats de la maison viennent volontiers câliner. Où vous voyez les poules d’eau des environs rendre visite aux canards de la maison. Les chants d’oiseaux vous cernent, dont celui du coucou égal à lui-même (tout le monde connaît son chant, jamais personne le le voit). Ajoutez à cela des propriétaires étonnants de discrétion...
