The Guest House of Villa Topaz offers expansive Caribbean ocean views! There are two large and extremely private master suites on each wing of the Villa. Each of the bedrooms have large sliding doors leading to the expansive deck and amazing plunge pool - the perfect spot for watching the cruise ships, dining and lounging outside!

The central living space has a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas range, french door refrigerator and dishwasher. This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling out, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill.

Luxurious King size Layla mattresses and Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels are waiting for your arrival. Both ensuites are luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets.
Topaz Guest Villa is your own private Villa accessed through a shared central breezeway that divides the Main Villa. The wide staircase takes you to your front door, while you take in the view of the Caribbean Ocean!

We are on site property managers, so we are here for any questions, excursion or restaurant recommendations and to help you have the best vacation! We look forward to meeting you!

Absolutely a slice of heaven!

I have stayed many places on the island and Villa Topaz is simply exceptional in every way. I stayed in the two bedroom unit. It is beautifully designed and outfitted. The beds are super cozy, the outdoor space is perfect with fabulous views of the morning sunrise. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want to cook anything your heart desires. WiFi is great! And perhaps mostly importantly the hosts are genuine and attentive and prepared to help in anyway needed! They have truly done a spectacular job at paying attention to every detail from soft fluffy towels to water bottles and insulated bags and everything in between. I can’t wait to return!

Exceeded Expectations!

From the beginning of the booking process to check-out, my overall experience exceeded my expectations! The owners are very pleasant and easy to deal with, not to mention very helpful with tips for dining and places to visit! We stayed just over a week before the Christmas holiday. This was our third time visiting the Island (because we love it so much) and it was our best experience so far. We plan to book here again in the very near future! The location is amazing with the Iron Shore on one side and West Bay on the other offering great views of the sunset and sunrise on each horizon. If you are lucky enough (as I was) you can even catch wild Scarlet Macaws playing in the trees and flying up the coastline of West Bay...but you got to be up early for that! The property is equipped with everything you could need in your home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the rental was very clean. If you want to cook, you have everything you need in a Kitchen. During our stay, we hired a local Chef Service (Roatan Chef Service) to come and cook our meals for the nights we did not eat out. Jenny was amazing! Her food was fantastic and she does everything from start to finish including the dishes. She is very familiar with the kitchens at this property and I highly recommend her services if you are looking for a Chef Service. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this rental is and I really hated to leave this paradise and it was hard to say goodbye to Chantalle and Paul. They are just wonderful! Gorgeous Location

My husband and I stayed in the Guest Villa while the rest of our party was in the Main Villa. The Villa is gorgeous and the perfect place to get away.

The best of the best on Roatan

If there is a nicer condo for rent in the West Bay area, I've yet to see it. Chantelle and Paul are awesome as well.

My husband and I are originally from Vancouver, Canada. We designed and built custom homes there for years and then we vacationed in Roatan needless to say, we fell in love with the island, culture and the people here and we just kept coming back! We purchased a piece of property in 2017 and then began the design build process here. We met many great people along the way and had a blast!

Why they chose this property

As soon as we set foot on this property we knew we could build an awesome home here. We actually grabbed a ladder to put it up against a palm tree in the front and we knew we had to have it. Long story short, we built our dream Villas and moved to Roatan! :)

What makes this property unique

We have been told that we may be one of the only Villas on Roatan that actually gets to see both West Bay and Cayos Cochinos at the same time, so that is pretty unique! We love the Villas and hope you do to!
