On the ground floor, a large room bringing together dining room, living room and American kitchen offers moments of conviviality.

On the second floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a TV room. The house is perfect for 8 to 9 people.
Ouistreham is a seaside resort located between Caen, Cabourg and Arromanches. Activities include: D-Day landing beaches, Thalasso, sand yachting, sailing, go-karting, horseback riding Ferry to England, shopping in Caen etc ...
Shops are 700m away, walking distance to the sea. The fish market is a little further on. Everything can be done on foot or by bike.
The house is terraced, thank you to respect the tranquility of our nice neighbors.

fantastic location, host was very helpful and welcoming. easy walking into the center and lots of bike lanes which seem to go on for miles and all off road. had a lovely time and the garden was very relaxing. would stay again. thank you Christelle for your warm hospitality

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in einem bezaubernden und charmanten Haus. Der Kontakt mit Christelle war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und absolut professionell. Die Übergabe war toll, weil wir so schon viele wichtige Informationen und tolle Tipps bekamen. Wir haben das Haus geliebt: die Aufteilung, die Möblierung, die Ausstattung, die tolle Aussicht, die Lage und den herrlichen Garten. Ein kleines Problem, das auftrat, wurde von Christelle sofort gelöst. Die Lage an der Strandpromenade war top!!! Wir haben "unser" Haus sofort vermisst, nachdem wir abgefahren waren. In Summe: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Une vraie maison de famille.

Séjour familial très agréable face à la mer dans une maison agencée avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont su donner une âme véritable à ce lieu . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très fonctionnelle (bien agencée, bien équipée) et très joliment décorée. Cuisine très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La literie est de bonne qualité...Et la cerise sur le gâteau est cette vue magnifique sur la mer depuis l'une des chambres. Le jardin plein sud est directement accessible du salon, et bien équipé, nous y avons passé des moments très agréables. La plage est directement accessible : nous avons une petite fille qui a des difficultés de marche, et cette proximité a été très appréciée. En résumé, un très bon séjour ! Nous reviendrons !

Cette location pour 8 personnes est réellement pour 8 personnes et même plus. Cuisine super pratique, séjour sans télévision (salle en haut) idéal pour se retrouver entre adultes, terrasse de compétition et jardin très agréable, sans oublier une grande salle de bains. Les chambres sont tout à fait conformes à la description. Je recommande cette maison.

Great location, beautiful house and lovely helpful hosts

House right behind a great beach, and the photos of the house itself don't do it justice, it's much nicer! Very tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The hosts thought of everything and provided lots of extras such as garden games, bikes and items for the beach. Ouistreham is a great base for all the Normandy sites and the town itself has a lovely relaxed beach feel and plenty of choices for eating out. Overall, it surpassed our expectations.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche) und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es gab viel Platz für Eltern, Großeltern und Enkelkinder. Der Garten ist ein wesentlicher Vorteil! Die Lage ist geradezu ideal: nur wenige Schritte (wörtlich!) von einem sehr schönen Strand entfernd und 10 Minuten zu Fuß von einer Fußgängerzone. Sie können auch die bereitgestellten Fahrräder nutzen, da der Radweg direkt vor dem Haus liegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille. La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée (surtout la cuisine) et conforme à la description. Il y avait largement assez de place pour les parents, grands-parents et petit-fils. Le jardin est un atout non négligeable ! L’emplacement à deux pas (littéralement!) d’une superbe plage et à une dizaine de minutes de marche d’une rue piétonne est idéal. On peut également utiliser les vélos mise à disposition car la piste cyclable se trouve juste devant la maison. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et serviable ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous venons de passer 8 jours dans cette superbe maison de caractère , où nous avons été très gentiment accueillis. La maison a beaucoup de charme et a été refaite avec goût et raffinement. Même pour 9 personnes ( grand parents, enfants et petits enfants) c'était très bien équipé et confortable. Son grand jardin, plein sud et abrité, est encore un atout de plus. La situation de la maison nous a permis de tout faire à pied, la plage étant devant la maison et les courses en ville à 5 minutes.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette jolie maison qui est très bien équipée : équipement de cuisine, terrasse, table de jardin, barbecue, jeux divers pour enfants, vélos pour faire de belles ballades sur les grandes pistes cyclables qu'offre cette belle région ! et surtout la maison est située en front de mer ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont très à l'écoute de leurs vacanciers. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Nous reviendrons passer de prochaines vacances !
