mini kitchen. ---- Sleeps 4 Max. Base three night Rent $1125.00 -NOW $735.00

This is a fixed reservation for Graduation and cannot be modified (nights 5-23-19 thru 5-25-19).
Additional nights may be added with another reservation if there is availability at the resort. Contact the Owner for availability. This would be a second reservation and most likely would be a different unit.


** Picture ID required and renter must be over 21 years old.

** Guest Confirmation Policy:
The Name on the reservation MUST be that of the person that will be checking in at the Resort. A “Guest Confirmation” in that Name will be provided by the Timeshare Owner that must be presented at check in. The person checking in MUST be at least 21 years of age, provide a valid Photo ID matching the Guest Confirmation, and a major Credit Card.
Guest Confirmation changes will result in a $150.00 charge.

** CANCELLATION POLICY:

These are High Demand Event dates. ** Cancellation within first 72 hours of making the reservation will result in a 100% refund. Cancellation before 60 days prior to check in will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within 60 days of check in will result in a 0% refund. All non-Event date range Reservation Cancellations prior to 30 days prior to check in are subject to a $200.00 cancelation fee.

** The Resort is a Vacation Timeshare property
and the staff will make offers to you to attend a Timeshare Presentation.
Remember, you DO NOT have to attend a presentation.
The time spent with that salesman is time taken out of your vacation.

Unit assignments are made by the Resort.
Occupant/Renter is responsible for any damages or charges incurred by any member of occupant’s party.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced by the Resort.

Parking is available at the on-site garage for $30 per night with in and out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7 ft. in order to park in the garage.
