About this property

Cocoa Beach Paradise - direct ocean

Ocean front condo directly on the beach with swimming pool. Two bedroom, two bathroom first floor unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach. Walk 50 feet from rear patio to step onto the beach sand. Our unit is located in a small 3 story building with 9 units total. You will have access to the swimming pool and one car garage.

There is a fully appointed kitchen with pots & pans, dishes & utensils, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer. The private rear patio sits directly on the ocean and you will have access to the large paver deck with lounge chairs that is steps from the patio.

BBQ grill is coated on south side of building.

I will be happy to recommend dining and entertainment options.

During the summer, we have mandatory lights out on the exterior of the building and this includes light from interior windows. This is an environmental law put in effect to encourage sea turtles to next at night. If you go for walks at night, please refrain from taking flash lights or disturbing the sea turtles. If you are lucky enough to catch them in action, stop and watch from a safe distance so not to disturb the mother. If she returns to the sea, those eggs are lost forever. We have a seashore rich with life! Enjoy all of the critters and fishing available from the shore.

Beach Home Away from Home

Our stay at the beach home was so delightful because the condo was gorgeously and fully appointed. We had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved stepping out to the private, oceanfront patio for morning coffee and evening moon watching. Having an enclosed garage was the perfect addition that allowed us to keep the Jeep opened up during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach front location

This cute beach front 2 bedroom 2 bath was a great place to stay at Cocoa Beach. Ocean views from the condo were spectacular and was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again!

The Vrbo was as described. Clean, lots of room for us, it had everything we needed. Tony was responsive immediately to our questions. The location to the water amazing. The view from the patio breathtaking. We hope to be back next year for two weeks.

Def recommend staying here! Can't get any closer to the beach. Can hear the waves from patio. Very comfortable beds. Host was super super gracious letting us move our stay dates due to a hurricane. Very roomy space. Near lots of dining and attractions.

Love the Beach

Back for an annual trip to Cocoa Beach. We love this place! Away from the bustle, yet close enough to go there. Peaceful, clean, quiet beach steps away from the door. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Full kitchen, close to Publix, and many convenient restaurants.

We had an excellent time staying here. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space. This is an older, simple building, but everything in the unit was well taken care of. The Wi-Fi was around. There were 3 televisions with cable and smart capabilities if you wanted to use your streaming accounts. That would've been handy on a longer stay or is poor weather came up. The beds were very nice and the couches/chairs were comfortable. There was a nice fridge, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Each bedroom and the living room had a stand-up fan to circulate air. The best part of this location was walking out the back door straight to the ocean. The view was amazing and we loved watching the sun rise each morning. Beach towels and gear were provided. There is a pool onsite, but it is out by the road in the parking lot. We didn't use it. Tony was a great host and we would gladly come back here.

Great ocean property

What a special place. On the beautiful, less crowded area of Cocoa Beach. The condo was cute, clean, and well- appointed. You dont need to bring anything. There are beach chairs, toys, even an umbrella. We loved our stay!

We like the older vibe of this condo, a smaller shorter building and the ability to walk straight out to the beach are attractive. Inside is up to date and well kept, very comfortable.

Very clean and accommodating. Very quiet neighborhood as well but just a couple minutes away from great restaurants and bars. I love opening the patio door and walking onto the beach. The host(s) were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Beachside Serenity

What a great condo, location, and host! Yes, this condo is a 2 minute walk out onto the beach. There’s a cute patio for relaxing, sandy path to the beach, ocean view from the living area, shared outdoor shower to rinse off feet etc before you return to the condo, plus plenty of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. We slept a family of 6 comfortably and would certainly return when we travel to cocoa beach again. If you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly beach holiday - this is a great option.

We loved the proximity to the beach. Open the patio door and walk to the water. The garage was an extra benefit. Great restaurants and shopping was less than 10 minutes away. Our primary reason for picking this property was the easy access to the private beach.

Ocean Paradise!

This condo is a total gem. Sparkling clean. Freshly decorated. Comfortable. Quiet. Beautiful ocean right out your door. If I had a home by the beach this would be it. Has everything you need.
