This house and the location was absolutely perfect for our first vacation as a family. It had everything we needed. The pantry was stocked with the basics (and more!) As well as anything appliance or gadget i needed. The game room was well used. The pool had life jackets for the little one. The whole house was beautiful and spacious. An appliance needed fixing and someone was over within hours to fix it! As for location, we did not have a car for a few days and were able to easily walk to the beach, the library, a lovely breakfast and lunch diner, the dollar general, which had anything you needed and other stores for shopping and ice cream. This is the only place i want to stay at now and i cant wait to come back soon!

Such an amazing experience. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks! Everything was super well stocked. We are coming from Europe and like to have a base to see family and friends. We usually stay by Disney and do enjoy it, but this was much better vibe and still just an hour to the parks. We were at the beach multiple times, used the pool every day, and the bbq a few times. Any inquiry and Teresa sorted pronto. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, highly recommend.

Cocoa Beach Break is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a great open floor plan, working space, and a fun game room. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
