Located directly across the street from the ocean with easy beach access. Spacious 2000 Sq. Ft. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath executive style lower unit w/high speed wireless internet, new furnishings, new appliances, partial ocean views with covered decks front and rear. Large great room with half bath. Enjoy the spacious open living area while watching the 50 in. flat screen TV. Surf the internet, watch online videos via the blue ray DVD, or just relax and enjoy your vacation. For those who love to cook, enjoy the beautiful modern well-equipped kitchen while preparing the family vacation feast. Open dining area w/tray ceiling, walk-in pantry, and breakfast nook. The spacious Master Suite has a king, large private bath, 32 in. flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen, 32 in. flat screen TV and Jack and Jill bath connecting to the 3rd bedroom with single/king bunk and TV. Both bedrooms have doors to the back deck. The 4th bedroom w/ queen and Flat Screen TV has a private entrance from the living area and adjoins the master bedroom with doors and curtains. You also have a door to the front deck. The unit has an outside shower, grassy charcoal grill area and locked storage area for your beach items. Maximum occupancy 9. Parking for maximum 3 cars. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.

Great location to beach!

Just what we needed for the Covid summer. Beach was a very easy walk across the street -- easy to return home for lunch and bathroom needs. Neighborhood not too crowded at all so we could easily stay separated from others. Beach location great, but very windy entire week (based on the special Carolina umbrella being used by those in the know -- come with shade canopy designed for wind if you want to actually use it!). Waves were awesome for boogie boarding and water was very warm. House was great and spacious layout for 2 families of 4. Kitchen very well appointed with tools. Listing agent did tell us that the outdoor shower and grill were for unit A only which turned out to not be true. It is shared with unit B; however, it worked out fine and everyone was courteous about wearing masks in car-port area. Outdoor grill is small and awkward height to use. Beach storage closet is NOT included, but we just locked everything in cars every night just in case even though neighborhood felt safe. Only criticism would be LR furniture very worn & dirty looking as well as carpets in back bedrooms. Overall, nice stay and would go back!
