This coastal getaway features three spacious levels of living space. Gather family members and friends in the open dining space with seating up to 6 and more! The large windows in the naturally lit living room foster a peaceful relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces.

• Bedroom 2: 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. Vanity room and closet attached to Jack & Jill Full bath with a shower/tub combo.
• Bedroom 3: Double Bunk Bed Room (4 Twin Beds) with a touch reading light for each bed. A vanity room and closet that is also attached to the Jack & Jill Full Bathroom.

Amazing house

This is a great house. The layout and beds are perfect for a family or large group. Close to the pool, tennis courts, and beach! Easy to get everywhere with the bikes. Exceeded our expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to very loud construction right next door which was unexpected and had trouble heating the second floor since thermostats only on bottom and 3rd (got too hot for other floors when we tried to increase heat). Beautiful home in great location otherwise.

Reviewer Comments: We have come to Rosemary 5 years using 2 different rentalCompanies and staying at 3 different houses. 30A Luxury Vacations provides superior service than the other popular company we’ve used. The homes are better equipped also. We really liked Gates cottage- the location, the decks, bedrooms, bathrooms. The laundry/mud room spot was great coming in from the beach. Even the shower downstairs was an unexpected help with the kids after the beach or pool. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have already rented again for our trip next year.
