About this property

Large bay side house 2 houses from ocean with lots of room to spread out with water views from the living room, bayside porch, rooftop deck and master bedroom in the family-friendly North Beach area. The house was designed for multi-family dwelling with 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 porches and 8 bedrooms. Reversed living - Easy ocean access (2 min walk) to a life-guarded beach and good bay views and access (1/2 block). Watch the sunrise from the beach side deck; the sunset from the bay side deck. Or enjoy it all from the hot tub in the rooftop deck that features panoramic views.

The house sleeps 19 in beds. There are: 1 king bed; 6 queen beds; 2 bunk sets with a trundle. 6 full bathrooms. Enjoy the two outside showers when you come back from a great day at the beach. House also has 2 sets of washers and dryers.

There are pocket doors that can be closed to separate the 2 sides of the house for privacy or to reduce noise from one side to the other. Although you have to enter the house through the same door, once inside, if you'd like to, you can live somewhat separately. Each side of the house has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, covered porch, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of bikes, ride-on toys for toddlers, beach chairs and toys.

Linens and towels not included. Linens can be rented from LBI DreamMakers or LBI Concierge.

AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY TO FRIDAY WEEKLY RENTALS in the summer. Long weekends available from fall to spring.

Spacious beach house

The house worked out great for our extended family reunion. Everyone was able to spread out. It was great to have so many full bathrooms. Location was good. Our host Heather was very responsive to any questions.

Long weekend in LBI

We rented this house for our family to all be together for a last summer weekend. We had so much fun at the beach and with the karaoke machine there. I would highly recommend this house to families and friends who all want to stay together in the same house. There were enough bedrooms and baths for everyone.

Multi Generation Fam Getaway

We enjoyed our stay more than I can put into words. The house was perfect. I loved the layout, the accommodations, and everything about our trip! The house host Heather was easy to get in touch with when we had questions or needed anything. From great grandma to great grandkids we were all comfortable here and happy! Highly recommend!

Great for kids and adults

We stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1-7 yes old) and the house was perfect. The kids loved the amount of bikes and ride on toys. It’s not on a busy street so the kids were able to enjoy them without the parents worrying. The bayside deck was a favorite, with stunning sunsets. Great spot for large groups and families.

Why We Fell in the with the House:
Windows, light and water views!!! There are water views from all the living areas. porches, roof deck and the master. Even if we are stuck inside on a laptop, we can take in the beautiful water views. We love being with family and friends in this house because we are able to accommodate everyone without feeling like we're on top of each other. There are plenty of places to gather together as well as steal away for quiets moments alone.

Why We Fell in Love This Area: North Beach has a tranquil atmosphere that is away from the island chaos and traffic yet a short drive from the island entry, shops, restaurants and entertainment. We also loved the larger lots. Most of all, we LOVE OUR BEACH. Walk over the beautiful dunes to big wide beaches that are never crowded and have a lifeguard. Our house is close enough for our kids (and us!) to bike for ice cream or to Sunset Park to play.
