Home comes with a golf cart, so travel around the neighborhood, golf course and restaurants is a breeze! Large backyard with a Rec Tec pellet grill and a Large Green Egg is perfect for your backyard grilling. An outdoor TV and seating area is perfect for entertaining. If young ones are in tow, a crib and high chair are available upon request. The home includes a dining room for sitting for 6. Eat-in kitchen with setting for 6 and a bar area with two stools. The living room has a chair and a half recliner, sofa and loveseat. Four bedrooms with four bathrooms complete the house. Restaurants within golf cart distance include: Papa Johns, Mi Rancho, Flying Biscuit, Ironwood Tavern, Rooted Coffee Shop, and Top China
