Relax in the heated pool and extra-large hot tub or sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset. Gas fireplace in unit and an outdoor fireplace and fire pit by the pool. All the best of Steamboat just outside your door! Ski rental discounts available! Family owned and managed!

Located in “Snow Flower by the Gondola Condos”, next to Steamboat/Gondola Square and the slopes. Just across the street from restaurants, bars and a gourmet market.

Cozy studio with Queen Murphy Bed (brand new foam mattress) and Brand New Queen sleeper sofa. Both beds hide away when not in use making the almost 500 sqft studio seem twice the size. Perfect for 2 Adults and even a child or two. Not suitable for 4 adults.

Overlooking the pool and extra-large hot tub, free parking in parking garage and 24-hour building entry. Fully functional kitchen; dishwasher, range, oven, microwave and large mini-fridge. Close the blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. Use luggage carts and elevator from parking garage for easy transport of luggage, groceries, etc. We love staying here and we know you will too!

*Please note there is no A/C. Steamboat is a high alpine environment and most condo buildings do not have air conditioning. Occasionally in the height of Summer it can get warm during the day. Generally it will cool at night with the provided fans and mountain breeze. ** Professionally cleaned using CDC disinfection protocol.

Condo was just the right size for my wife and me. You could not ask for a better location. Steps away from the Gondola, store across the street and great Restaurants in walking distance. Hot tub and pool was great after a long day of skiing

Murphy bed maximized use of space. Deck looked over the pool which was nice. Though a bit uphill, it was wonderful to be able to walk to the gondola. Unit has plenty of dishes and pans. We would stay here again.

Great owners and Location

My wife, daughter, and sister just returned from 4 days in Steamboat. It was their first time here, and according to them, it will not be their last. This condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. They loved the easy access from the condo to the ski base. There was plenty of room for 3 grown women. The mattress on the Murphy bed was very comfortable. Now I have to shop for bedding that copies that one. LOL... After this trip, Steamboat climbed to the top of the list for ski destinations and this condo was part of the reason.

Clean and cozy but NOT accessible by ski

This small unit is close to the ski area base, clean, and comfortable. Sadly, the listing that classifies it as ski-in/ski-out is not correct. It is about a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The bed is comfortable thanks to a thick piece of foam on the mattress. When open, the space between the bed and the table is just over a foot wide, which was fine for us, but might not work for everyone. The kitchen has a good stock of dishes and cooking supplies. Appliances are dated but functional, though the dishwasher is quite loud. Fridge is a dorm-style fridge without a separate freezer. Washer and dryer are not in the unit but are just down the stairs from it. Be aware that they are old school and require quarters. Noise level is pretty average for a unit of this sort, in that you can hear some sound from the unit above, conversations in the lobby, and loud parties in the hot tub, but these are rarely problematic. One exception is the very noisy door in the lobby, which squeals loudly and is startling inside the unit. Location is convenient with a market across the street in one direction, shuttle stop for the bus into town in the other.

Location, Location, Location. We are at the base of the mountain and everything that you need can be accessed by foot or the free bus. We park our car and don't get back in until we go back home.
