Gorgeous country estate featuring two seperate houses that sleep 18 people total – 8 bedrooms/5 baths , exceptional " swimming pool and beautiful, peaceful outdoor space.

traditional finca, with privacy and tranquility, surrounded by 2 hectors of wild olive groves, between the famous es Trenc beach, just three km from Colonia de St Jordi, and several amazing beaches, two km from Ses Salines historic village, and the charming village of Santanyi. Five km from the world-class thermal spa and resort Fontsanta Hotel.

From here, you can also visit the incredible natural park, Cabrera Island.

Southern Mallorca, away from the touristy parts of the island, is an athlete's paradise: biking, hiking, scenic walks, golfing, stunning beaches, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving and deep water soloing.
Our MA6100 access road (Between Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi) is now equipped with a civic lane (three meters wide) intended for pedestrians and bicycles, protected by a security barrier all along. You can go safely on foot or by bike either to Ses Salines or to Colonia Sant Jordi respectively 3 kilometers from the villa.

Lovely villa with great pool, very nice rooms and comfortable living-room, situated close to amazing beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and the lovely towns Ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family holiday

We had a wonderful time with our family of grandparents, adults, teenagers and babies. De house is well set-up and the garden and pool area are beautiful. The house is quite isolated but for us that was perfect. We did not need to go out because the place itself was perfect to stay. Definitely a place to come back again.

Good family villa

We were v happy with the Villa. It wasn’t the most luxurious but suited our family very well and therefore more relaxing There was plenty of space and the pool was good with steps for the young and deep for the older children. The owners were very nice and helpful and they checked the pool every other day. Good space outside most bedrooms were air conditioned too.

Great location for a group of friends

We stayed at the house with 15 friends. There were enough rooms and bathrooms to facilitate all. The house was clean and well equipped. The pool is in the sun most of the day and a the pool area is a great place to dine and wine with the whole group. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Lovely wedding

We had a lovely wedding with our closest friends and family at this beautiful location. Perfect vacation for friends who have never been to mallorca, as they could put in the coordinates in google maps and easily drive there from the airport. Ses salines is such a cozy old town and there are a lot of places to visit around, such as es trenc, santanyi Yves is a great landlord, making sure we could see the house beforehand and plan our visit. Helping us with anything we asked for. With a great sense of humour and so pleasent to be around. Really happy with our visit, thank you!

Great family holiday for all ages

Yves and Maria were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to queries before and during our stay. The villa was well equipped both inside and out. So useful having a washing machine!There was plenty of shaded andsunny areas to suit everyone. The BBQ and pool were well used. We did, however, find 3 of the bedrooms which were without air con were extremely hot at night, despite the fans. However the host has said he hopes to add more air con units for next year. We wouldn't hesitate going back as we had a wonderful holiday there

Wunderschöne Finca mit schön angelegtem Garten / Grundstück. Ausstattung war für uns genau passend und der Pool war gerade durch seine Tiefe immer eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Lage zwischen Ses Salines und Colònia de Sant Jordi war sehr schön!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser traumhaften Finca auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, damit Gäste sich wohlfühlen.Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool, der Terrasse und dem Blick in die Natur war einfach fantastisch – genau der richtige Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Finca liegt ruhig, aber trotzdem erreicht man in kurzer Zeit Supermärkte, Restaurants und schöne Strände.Alles war super organisiert, der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe maison dans un très beau cadee

Nous étions un groupe d’amis de 17 personnes et avons adoré la maison et le cadre ! Limpieza casa

La casa es muy amplia y es cómoda pero la limpieza no estaba bien del todo, las sábanas estaban manchadas y las toallas bastante desgastadas. Los armarios sin limpiar. Sería recomendable tener algún tapón para las bañeras ya que para bañar a niños pequeños era incómodo.

Espectacular

Ya pasé unos días hace un tiempo en esta maravillosa finca. Como me encantó la experiencia decidí volver con mi familia para celebrar un evento importante para nosotros. No puedo estar más satisfecho de la elección de esta villa. Nos recibió el ambilísimo anfitrión y ya fue la primera buena experiencia; la casa estaba incluso mejor que la vez anterior, la piscina renovada es espectacular ( está intervenida por una conocida artista mallorquina ), el interior, también renovado, sigue siendo fantástico, espacioso, muy bien equipado y muy acogedor…Y aunque está a pocos minutos de varias de las mejores playas de Mallorca, realmente pasamos la gran parte de nuestra estancia en las terrazas y jardines de especies autóctonas, ya que como la villa está en medio de un gran terreno, la tranquilidad es absoluta. Mi familia y yo ya buscamos cualquier excusa para volver a pasar unos días en esta fantástica finca. Muchísimas gracias

2 semaines de location qui se sont très bien passées. Yves le propriétaire étant disponible pour nous conseiller ou régler le moindre problème. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profiter des espaces extérieures qui sont variés et ombragés et qui permettent de s'isoler si besoin. Nous recommandons vivement.

Lohnt sich sehr!

Die Finca wirkt wie auf den Bildern auch in echt wirklich top! Wir haben vom Gastgeber im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Informationen bekommen. Jede Frage die ich ihm gestellt hatte, hat er auch beantwortet! Die Finca war bei Ankunft sauber. Die komplette Location ist wunderschön! Zwar sehr weit weg von allem aber mit ner größeren Freundesgruppe super passend! Insgesamt war die Finca sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe war auch Problemlos. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Beautiful finca

Yves was a very good host who gave us a lot of advice on where to find the best restaurants, boat rental etc. The garden and pool were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pingpong table and bbq next to the pool. Colonia Sant Jordi and Ses Salines with it’s supermarkets and Restaurants are only a short drive away, and Santanyí has a beautiful market on Saturdays... The only disturbing things were maybe the party noise from next door and the rooster in the morning, but all in all we spent a fantastic holiday in villa gala !!
