In "La Maison du Poulverel", an old family house completely renovated in stone, "the house of Auguste" is a welcoming semi-detached house that can also be adapted to specific situations. Fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, it is equipped with care: parking space and ramp, large dimensions of traffic and passage, adapted kitchen (movable shelves, control hood bandage, dining area sized, adapted sink chair), room respecting the standards, motorized shutters. It has a large bed (160x200) and a single bed that can suit a companion.
The house including this cottage is located 1.5 km from the exit of Anduze, it has been renovated respecting the old stones to provide a quality and modular layout.
It consists of two independent parts, with a luminous central staircase distributing three elements:
Left on the ground floor, "the house of Augustus", whose glass doors give access to the terrace and the garden.
Above, the "upper room" for 2 people offers a large bed (160x200) with drawers and a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the right, the large cottage "chez Paul et Jeanne" can accommodate 6 people, has its own terrace with separate access, its own parking space, and part of the garden.
The cottage "the house of Auguste" can be rented with "the room at the top", or as part of the rental of the whole house subject to availability.
Outside, an independent room shared with a small water point allows different uses, but evenings and parties are not allowed.
The house has a large garden, shared with a private speech therapy practice in a separate building, and is easily accessible and close to Anduze: 3-4 minutes by car, 20-25 minutes on foot for children. braver taking the shortcuts ...
Rivers and promenades are not far away, and the surrounding area offers many attractions and sightseeing, cultural and entertaining within a radius of 50 km. Nearby the Bambouseraie, the Desert Museum, Trabuc caves, tree climbing parks. Further Nîmes, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, the beaches ... The Gard extends from the Mediterranean Sea to the middle mountain, from the Camargue to the Cevennes. Historical heritage is rich and nature present, Anduze is located inside the Cévennes National Park which also extends to Lozère and Ardèche.
