In the heart of nature, "Petite Fleur" is a charming old farmhouse of 100m2 on a peaceful and green ground.
The following periods are available in September: from August 31 to September 28, 2019.
Rates are decreasing:
 
1 week: 450 € (64 € / night) 2 weeks: 840 € (420 € / week / 60 € / night)
3 weeks: 1170 € (390 € / week / 56 € / night)

 The farmhouse is completely independent and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
The house is located at the foot of the mountain Céüze, about 1200m above sea level, in the town of Pelleautier, above Lake Pelleautier and 20 minutes from Gap.
Oriented to the South-East, it is bathed by the sun and enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains.
At the top of the farmhouse stands the Céüze massif (2016m), classified Natura 2000, a famous hiking and climbing site.
From the wooden terrace, you will discover a panoramic view of the Ecrins massif (Vieux Chaillol / 3163m, Sirac / 3440m ...)

In its surroundings, it is possible to practice many outdoor activities: Hiking, Via Ferrata, Climbing (site nearby), Horse riding, Sailing, mountain bike tours ...

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:

- Living-room opening onto the terrace with fireplace and TV.
- Kitchen with stove, dishwasher and fridge (also available, a pantry in a cool cellar).
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

UPSTAIRS:

- Nice room in the South-East / View on mountains with a bed for 2 places (170 x 210).
- Large room in the West with a bed for 2 places + Room of shower and TOILET.
- Small room / Office with a bed for 1 place.

ON THE GARDEN:

- Laundry with washing machine and WC.
- Pizza oven.
- Barbecue.

Running water directly in the mountain of Céüze.

Duvets, blankets and pillows provided (as well as possibly sheets for a stay of one month).

WIFI connection.

Au pied de la Ceüse, la maison est face à un immense panorama de montagnes...vue idéale et fascinante pour les amoureux de la montagne. La maison propose tous les conforts utiles et le charme d'une maison authentique de pays. Lieu de séjour idéal pour les rêveurs, les marcheurs et les amoureux de la nature. Il offre aussi bien d'autres possibilités de loisir, le lac artificiel de Pelleautier, à proximité, propose de nombreuses activités de loisirs en famille...Merci aux propriétaires
