DETAILS:
Our beautiful home includes a private pool (not heated), spa, BBQ and fire pit, all with no additional fees! Propane tanks are provided for grilling.

BILLIARDS ROOM: Challenge your friends/family to a game of bumper pool or foosball in our game room!

POOL (not heated) AND SPA: The backyard pool and spa are totally awesome, but, of course, guests assume all inherent risk and liability with their use. We recently added a new pool fence for added security. The pool is not heated (and cannot be), but the spa temperature is under your control! *NOTE: Submerged pool and spa lights do not turn on, but there is plenty of light from the back patio, and the moon...of course!

KITCHEN: Includes a Keurig (with some coffee for you to start your trip off), a blender, utensils, wine opener, dishware, bbq utensils, stainless steel cookware, and even bakeware, so you can feel at home! The gas stove is equipped with five burners. Multiple grocery stores (Albertsons, Ralphs, Sprouts) are located within a 5 to 10 minute drive for all of your food and beverage needs.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay. We've provided you with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board.

BEDS: The house comfortably sleeps 6: king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room, and two twin beds (each can hold 150 lbs.) in the kids' room. There is a dedicated desk/workspace in the master.

BATHROOMS: We've provided you with indoor towels and pool towels. We also have blow dryers in both upstairs bathrooms, as well as shampoo/conditioner/bath gel.

LOFT: We hope your little ones have a blast while you're vacationing in our home, so we've provided them with some fun activities of their own: a train table (with tons of tracks, bridges, and trains), a Nintendo classic with 2 controllers (OK, we know the adults are going to have the most fun with this one!), a bunch of board games, as well as a variety of toys and books, located in the kids' bedroom. There's also a desk for the kids.

KIDS' BEDROOM: Remember, that the twin beds can only hold 150 lbs. in each bed. Please no rough-housing on or around the beds!

CAMERAS: The front door is the only location equipped with the “Ring” Video Doorbell, so we know who arrives and enters the house. It is always on. No other cameras or recording devices are located in the house or outside. The side gate is padlocked and used by our gardener and pool guy.

GARAGE: The 3-car garage is available for your use. You may park cars in the 2-car side, but the 3rd-car side is used for owner storage/supplies. You will be supplied 1 garage remote.
