Several more breweries within a mile. Located 2 miles to large shopping mall and other stores and grocery. The beach and Oceanside harbor are only 32 miles away and several local mountain resorts, lakes, and ski areas are 1-2 hours drive. World renowned Pechanga Casino and golf course is 4 miles away and several other popular golf courses as well. San Diego offering the Zoo, Sea World, Coronado, and more is only 60 miles away. We are only 76 miles away to the border of Mexico. Palm Springs and the aerial tramway, desert, shopping, and much more is a mere 68 miles away. Orange County, more beaches, harbors, shopping, and numerous activities is roughly 63 miles away. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all AC/heat units. Put all used towels on shower floors. Empty all small trash cans, kitchen, and bbq trash can to large outdoor trash bin. Load rinsed dishes into dishwasher & start.
Please do a basic clean of heated bbq grill w tool provided to remove any food.
Please Leave door/mail keys on island or in mailbox. Make sure all windows are closed and locked. Lock and close all doors. Close and secure all gates on the way out. Thank you for staying with us!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The city of Temecula has a noise ordinance from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This must be adhered to and for respect to our neighbors. Property is near freeway
Please turn off air/heat when you go out. no smoking of anything in house, no pets of any kind, no overnight guests over 6 max, no events, no parties
Lots of ent. including music Thur-Sun but does stop at 10 pm. House is very quiet inside w brand new windows. Street Parking can fill at those times.

Lovely Home

Lovely & comfortable home with everything you need for short or long stays. It is located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town and only one block away from the Saturday Farmer's Market. The only drawback was it's proximity to the interstate but after a day or two, that just became white noise. It was also very easy to get around Temecula from here without ever using the I-15!! Kathryn & John were wonderful to deal with. Ann Calgary, Alberta

Why they chose this property

Old Town is the best location to stay in Temecula! There is always something going on for families and adults alike. Easy access to the freeway for trips to anywhere in So Cal. Just a trolley ride to the wineries, but walking only feet to great restaurants, shops and happenings.

What makes this property unique

The Shack is a really cool vibe! It is all new mod look, always super sanitized with white bleachable linens, comfy beds, and all amenities needed for a stay in So Cal. It is very quiet indoors with brand new windows and offers a great outdoor space to listen to the local bands a block away, sunbathe, grill, or have fire chat in the sandbox.
