This is a rental of two adjacent units, perfect for large groups or adults that would like to stay separate from children. Casa Bella is a 3 bedroom rental and Casa Rosa is a 2 bedroom rental. These homes are part of a four unit property. Each unit has its own patio that can either be shared or private depending on the guest’s preference. This space is designed for families and friends to come together and celebrate life.

There are two kitchens that are fully equipped for all tastes and preferences. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with a TV in every room. Each King-sized bed can be split into two single beds allowing for a dynamic and versatile space suitable for a variety of parties. The bathrooms have bathtubs and full body shower systems. There is a spa bath. There are indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This home boasts smart locks, a smart sound system Sonos and smart assistant Alexa. The outdoor space is landscaped with drought tolerant plants.

You will be overwhelmed by just how much detail and care has gone into making this property interesting and memorable. Each side of the property is lined with a walkway made with reclaimed dock wood from famous Humphrey Bay in San Diego.
