About this property

This brand new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury condo is bright and spacious.
The living room/kitchen area opens up to an amazing private outdoor living space with lounge area, dining table for 6, outdoor kitchen, and hammock.
Comes fully equipped with guitar, 3 surfboards, boogie board, beach chairs, yoga matts, beach toys, stroller, bean bag toss (cornhole) game that you can play on the side patio, beach umbrella, beach towels, board games, tv with netflix.
The kitchen is well equipped with blender, 6 burner gas stove, oven, toaster, large fridge.
The Cerritos Sunrise complex has 2 pools, one of which is steps outside our gate. There are lounge chairs, umbrellas, a covered eating/chilling area, and beautifully kept natural vegetation.
Around the corner are excellent restaurants, and we can provide tips for other restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches in the area.
The incredible Cerritos beach is a 3 minute walk down a dirt road. This beach is one of the only swimming beaches on this part of the coast. It also has year round surf with a variety of waves from beginner to advanced.

Family Time

We had a great stay! Loved the patio, surfboards, boogie board, and beach umbrella. The space was clean and bright. Location was great for beach and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
