Our backyard oasis awaits with a refreshing pool and provides a secluded space for relaxation. Enjoy home comforts while being steps away from the neighborhood park and soccer field. At The Walcott Tempe, enjoy a split floor plan with a sound-insulated master bedroom (queen bed, en suite), 2 additional bedrooms (queen bed, twin/queen bunk bed), and a spacious guest bathroom. Newly renovated kitchen. The backyard features a grassy area, a fenced pool, a fire pit, and outdoor dining, perfect for grilling and swimming. Neighborhood park with playground nearby. The main living space offers HD TV with surround sound and streaming services. Washer, dryer, and child-friendly amenities provided.



Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage and owner's closet in the hallway.



We'll share all of our local favorites and please let us know if you need any other suggestions! We live nearby and will be available if needed, but will not be present upon check in/out.



Cross the road to the huge park, complete with playground and soccer fields. This safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood is also near a canal path for running and biking. The Guadalupe/McClintock corner nearby has many restaurants and a bookstore.



The free Tempe city shuttle runs through our neighborhood and runs to downtown Tempe and to the Light Rail. Some bus lines run nearby, but a car is recommended.

We love the house layout and the backyard with two nice big tree. The house was next to the park so for us great location for our walk every morning. The host was very responsive/great communication. Labeled all the lights in the house, very thoughtful. We would love to rent again and would highly recommend to any guests. Thank you!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this home. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped for our family (with three children, including a toddler). The home and pool were clean and well maintained, and the home and kitchen were well-stocked with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay

We were able to book on short notice, the check in process is easy and the home is beautiful. You can tell the owners love their home and take very good care of it. It's very clean and uncluttered. The pool was great and well maintained. Home has all the basics for showering and cooking needs. Also had basic laundry soap to use. Plenty of towels also. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood we felt very safe in that area. Our vacation was everything we were hoping for. Highly recommend and our family will definitely be back to stay.

What makes this property unique

This area of Tempe has lots to offer, with the Guadalupe/McClintock corner having numerous restaurants, Trader Joe's and a great local bookstore. There is also easy access to both the 101 and US60 which can get you around the valley with ease. The canal path is also very close which provides a great area to run or bike.
