Welcome to your perfect getaway in sunny Tempe, Arizona! This newly remodeled 4-bedroom home is a haven for furry friends and their families. Stylishly updated with modern finishes, the house offers spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and cozy bedrooms designed for relaxation.

The best part... this home is a doggie paradise! Enjoy exclusive access to our fantastic dog splashpad, giant fire hydrant, giant tennis ball tunnel and pool (not heated) where your four-legged companions can cool off and play to their heart’s content. We provide a range of pet-friendly amenities including a fenced backyard, comfortable pet beds, and dog bowls to make your pup feel right at home.

Step outside and discover your oasis—the stunning pool (not heated) is steps from the covered outdoor kitchen. Whether you’re swimming laps, lounging with a good book, or enjoying a barbeque with family and friends, the pool area is the perfect spot to soak up the Arizona sunshine.

This unit includes a propane BBQ grill for your use. Guests are responsible for providing or refilling the propane tank, as fuel is not stocked or guaranteed to be full.
A standard-size tank is provided and can be easily swapped or refilled at U-Haul (800 N McClintock Dr, Tempe, AZ 85288, 3.9 miles / 10 min drive) or any other location that sells propane.
If you would like us to provide a full tank upon your arrival, a $60 convenience charge added to your reservation is required. Just message us in the app if you’d like to add this service.

What a great house!

We were in Tempe for a Conference and it was nice to have a space to get away. The beds were comfy, kitchen was fantastic, and we LOVED the pool!

This property was great for me and my two dogs and for my visiting nieces and nephews (Ages 6, 11, 12). Super-clean, convenient to everything, a lovely local park a half mile away, very walkable residential neighborhood with shopping and food within a mile. The fully walled-in grassy backyard was great for the pups, and the patio, with grill and food-prep area was lovely. The house was super-clean and well set-up, with bedrooms upstairs and down and a great open area with kitchen, living room, dining room on the main floor. I loved that the light switches were all labeled, as this can be confusing, especially in an open floorplan such as this. Communication was timely and helpful. I like it when the check-out process is simple and undemanding, and this one certainly was. Highly recommend, especially for families with pets, but really for anybody. It was great!

Great Getaway

We stayed here with some family friends to attend my Father’s 70th Birthday! It was perfect & just what we were looking for! Super clean, very open & private bedrooms for each person to relax. The pool was great! We felt like we were on vacation! We will definitely be staying here again as we have family in the area!

Great place! Neighbor was super quiet, super nice! Kids loved the pool, and husband and i loved the late night cookie delivery that was available! Close to all the necessary stores, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. House was super clean, and housed us perfectly and comfortably! Host was super responsive and really helpful when our patio door wouldn't lock upon arrival, someone was out fixing it within the hour!

Perfect Pet Staycation

We spent a week having the perfect work/staycation at this property to escape the summer heat. The rental property was exactly as listed as so so so pet friendly! From the special pup decor to the backyard built in dog bone splash pad and the pool! We enjoyed it all! The beds, showers, and living spaces were all great! Easy check in, check out! Will definitely be back!

Dog Friendly Tempe house

Nice size house (3 levels) for large family with large pool and doggie splash pad. Bunk beds are nice size- my older teens were able to sleep on them with no issues. Space in that room for an inflatable mattress as well. House had mostly everything you need for cooking and laundry (no filtered drinking water in the house). Grocery store close, house is in residential area (very quiet). Properly owners were very good with check in and check out communication-no issues with that. Overall nice stay.

Great Spot!

Responsive host and cool location! Walking distance to a shopping plaza with lots of food and cool places to go. No pool heater but thats ok we still got in the pool! There is a 'tenant' in a closed in garage. They seemed to come in and out a decent amount and there were different cars and cleaners there too. All in all great spot for the dogs and the home had lots of space! Would rent again anytime!

Fantastic property

The property was great. The backyard was large, pool was nice, and the patio furniture and outdoor cooking station were in great shape. It was, however, missing a few things, like there was no dish soap or canola spray, some of the spice jars were empty, and we ran out of garbage bags on the last day. We also weren’t aware at the time of booking that there was an attached studio that is also rented out through VRBO, but the two only share a living room wall, washer, and dryer. We never crossed paths, but it wasn’t clear to us right away. The host was responsive throughout our stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Upstairs bathroom has room for improvement

It’s a beautiful home with a plethora of quirks and features. The outside play space is amazing and the overall design and cleanliness of the property is superb. However I can’t give it 5 stars because the water heater and the upstairs shower head(s) leaves a lot to be desired. The heater takes about 5 minutes for hot water to be available and only last for about 5 minutes after that. The shower head has a spray that’s too large for the tub and the pressure is barely noticeable. These downfalls can be offset by taking a quick shower downstairs though as that shower head works great. Otherwise I have no bad things to say about the property. Reasonably priced and superb location. I’ll definitely be back

Spring Break Getaway

Our extended family (4 adults, 5 kids, and a dog) spent a week. We loved how the adults could have their own king bed room. The rooms and closets were spacious and clean. The kids shared the downstairs room and pullout on the couch and it just worked out really well for us. There is a large size dog door with covers (so you can chose to keep it available or not depending on dog and preference (our dog has one at home so this worked out very well for us. The kitchen and living room were open and it was a very cozy environment. There were enough towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. The pool was clean and even though cold, our kids all swam in it. We didn’t use the splash pad (our dog hates water) so we can’t review that. As a dog owner, it was great to find this gem to stay at.

Our experience was definitely not that of an oasis or 5 star stay as the hosts expect. The positives of this rental are the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. It is also very close to shopping and entertainment. The dogs also enjoyed the splash pad. The cons- when we arrived the pool and backyard were disgusting. We found food smeared on the table, ants and crumbs on the floor in a bedroom, and trash on the floor. Throughout the stay we found the hot water downstairs only got luke warm even when turned fully to hot. The toilet downstairs is not securely attached to the floor. The upstairs shower didnt have great water pressure but got hotter than downstairs. In the welcome book the hosts talk about using quality toilet paper and soap. The toilet paper is what youd find in a public restroom and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were very water and not high quality. The hosts said the yard was maintained on Tuesdays and the pool cleaned on Wednesdays. We arrived on Thursday and found a towel on the slide, a life jacket behind the patio furniture and an unkept yard with weeds and grass that has not been mowed for weeks both in the front and back. The hosts were quick to text back, but their solution to the cleanliness issue was to have the pool guy come and clean the pool.

Great place for families with dogs

My husband and I stayed at this very cute dog-centric house with our pup for two weeks, and we were joined for six of those nights by our son, daughter-in-law, two young grandchildren, and two granddogs. The dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard even though we didn't make much use of the very clever splash pad due to the cooler temperatures. Likewise for the pool. But the patio area was nice to hang out in during the warmer afternoons, where we cooked burgers and watched the dogs chase each other. The toddler had fun playing with his trucks on the patio and filling them with rocks. We enjoyed being able to walk to a lovely nearby park with a nice playground, as well as being close to other attractions including Legoland, the aquarium, the Phoenix zoo, and many restaurants and breweries. It was nice to have laundry on premises for our long stay, although we did have to share the facilities with the small adjoining rental unit. We occasionally had neighbors in that adjoining unit who had very loud voices or annoying coughs, and I wondered at times if we were bothering them with our crying children or the television on the shared wall. But for the most part, it worked fine.We enjoyed our two-week stay and would definitely return again, hopefully a little later in the spring when we could enjoy the pool.

Toddler gon toddle

The property was as described in the listing, the appeal being it’s a space for dogs and kids. We decided at the last minute that our dog wouldn’t join us on this trip, but the play stuff is available for the kids too (1, 3, & 13).Checkin was easy, no issues there, and I really loved the split level. There was a baby gate for the lower steps but no real way to block the upper stairs from wandering toddlers. The full size bunk beds were great for 2 of the 3 kids and there was still enough room in there for the baby’s pack n play.There were ample games and some toys for the kids to play with which was great. My 3 yr old was quite excited to play outside so I went out with him. The pool is not fenced so adult supervision is suggested when kids are out back. Once back there my son ran to the fire hydrant to play. I walked after him and as I entered the grass I noted several piles of dog poop and no shovel/rake to remove them. That was the end of back yard play. I would have been fine putting my dog back there, but allowing my kids to roll around in that grass was not an option even if I could clean it up. There are plenty of parks around and we visited family most of the day anyway so it wasn’t a huge issue. Would I do it again? Probably not with a toddler, I would look for a place that’s a bit easier to supervise the kids in. It was a bit stressful keeping an eye out ALL THE TIME. If it was older kids and the dogs, no problem.
