Petit havre de paix avec vue sur le lac de serre ponçon
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec nos deux ado.
L'appartement est très bien situé, magnifique vue dégagée sur le lac. Terrasse faisant continuité avec le Sejour, très agréable et ensoleillée sans vis à vis. L'appartement est fonctionnel avec équipement adapté ( four, microonde, plaques induction, grand frigo, Nespresso, lave-vaisselle ET surtout lave linge), pièce à vivre bien agencée avec cuisine ouverte bien organisée et batterie de cuisine ok. Propreté nickel. Nécessaire de base en terme de petit entretien ménager ( éponges,produits essentiels ) et sel poivre ... bien agréable à l'arrivée. Linge de maison inclus ( draps et serviette) très appreciable.
Une petite remarque en ce qui nous concerne: lit double avec très bon matelas mais cadre de lit à barreaux grinçant et on touche au bout si > 1m80; 2 eme chambre adaptée pour petits enfants ( 1 lits mezzanine et petite chauffeuse 1 place) mais clic clac du salon hyper confort .
L'appartement est par ailleurs à 3 minute du centre d'embruns en voiture , 10 minutes à pied par raccourcis ( tous commerces, leader price 8 h30 -20h), 10 minutes du plan d'eau.
En résumé, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre Sejour et du choix de cette location. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, réactive et sympathique. À conseiller!!

Super Ferienwohnung, auch geeignet für kleine Familien
PLUS:
-traumhafte Aussicht vom Berg auf den Lac de Serre Poncon von der Terrasse
-schöne Terrasse
-sehr ruhig am Berg gelegen
-Wohnung schön kühl und uriger Stil mit Holztüren vor den normalen Türen
-gute Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, alle nötigen Dinge die man braucht und in einer Ferienwohnung teils nicht findet (Spülmittel usw)
-schöne Räume
-Grill im "Keller" vorhanden
MINUS:
-kein w-lan/wifi
-etwas weit vom Berg gelegen (widerspricht sich allerdings zum Punkt "ruhig am Berg gelegen" - wer kein Problem damit hat 5 Minuten den Berg runter zu fahren, für den fällt dieses MINUS weg - für uns war es absolut ok)
