Apartment rated "3-Star Furnished Tourist Accommodation" in 2022 and a Superhost since January 2022!
Studio located in the heart of the Saint Jean de Montclar resort, a family-friendly destination ideal for skiing, snowshoeing, sledding... hiking, mountain biking, and paragliding!

South-facing studio, perfect for enjoying direct sunlight from morning until evening in the winter and plenty of indirect sunlight in the summer.

Located on the 2nd floor of Dormillouse 1, with an lift and parking.
3 beds total, 1 bathroom, 1 bright living room, and a 4-meter terrace.

Complimentary Nespresso welcome capsules.

Non-smoking studio (smoking permitted on the balcony).
Pets not allowed.
Sheets not provided (option to reserve before arrival)

The studio consists of:

- Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and voice-controlled lighting.

- An “alps-style” entryway with a bunk bed, a 90 mattress, and a 140 mattress.

- A living room with a 160 sofa bed and a 20 cm thick Aloe Vera mattress. Smart TV,

- A fully equipped kitchen with a top-mounted refrigerator, a hob, a kettle, a toaster, an electric coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher… and plenty of storage space.

- A bathroom with a shower, toilet, double sinks, and a hair dryer


You’ll have access to a private ski locker, which is included with your rental.

The resort has several free car parks, including charging stations at the building’s entrance; the entire resort is easily accessible on foot.

The balcony faces due south, allowing you to warm up in the winter as soon as the sun rises and enjoy natural light without direct sunlight in the height of summer.

The resort does not have an ATM. Credit cards are accepted at all local businesses.

Other notes:
Self-check-in via a secure key box at the studio entrance.
Convenient for children coming and going, as the keys are available to everyone throughout the day.

Un très joli logement, au pied des pistes. L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable et bien décoré. Avec, en bonus, un balcon plein sud avec une vue magnifique :)

Bien situé pour randonner

Randonnée le matin, visite ou baignade l après-midi (le lac de serre poncon est à 10 mn de voiture),restau ou pique-nique le soir, bref parfait pour un séjour de 5 jours (ou plus!) dans une ambiance calme.

Excellent sejour

L'appartement est moderne et très bien entretenu. Fidèle aux images et à la description. Le séjour à été très agréable et le gérant disponible et très gentil. Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. Une adresse à retenir. N'hésitez pas !

Appartement magnifique. Procédure d'arrivée départ au top

L'appartement a été refait à neuf. Magnifique. Cuisine équipé moderne. Volet roulant baie vitrée neuve. Grande salle de bain bien décorée. Appart très propre. Au top. Très très bonne communication avec le propriétaire Remy super sympa. Procédure d'arrivée et depart hyper facile. Code et boîte à clé. Pas de perte de temps. Je recommande vivement cette location

Super studio

Charmant studio, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très fonctionnel, agréable à vivre , lumineux. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas des pistes et une belle vue sur les montagnes . Idéal pour famille avec 2/3 enfants On reviendra avec grand plaisir !
