Wir fanden eine sehr schöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage vor. Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und haben hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Es gibt viele französische Bücher sowie zahlreiche Ausflugs- und Wanderbeschreibungen griffbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt — auch ohne WLAN. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Besonders empfehlen können wir die wunderschön gelegene Crêperie Blé Noir.Für Ausflüge nach Brest und in die Umgebung ist die Lage ideal. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, außerdem befinden sich ein Bäcker und Bushaltestellen direkt schräg gegenüber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; auch Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden.

Geräumige und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig und auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr praktisch ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung gibt. Wir waren mit dem Zug da und konnten uns in Brest und in der Umgebung gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bewegen. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und bedanken uns beim sehr netten Vermieter.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans ce bel appartement, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L'accueil du propriétaire est autant charmant que discret. Bref rien à déplorer si ce n'est la pluie (mais c'est Brest !) et peut être l'absence d'Internet dans l'appartement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Brest, le logement répondait tout à fait à notre attente. L'accueil était très sympathique. L'immeuble était vraiment très calme et bien situé pour rayonner dans la région.

Le propriétaire n'a pas fait d'état des lieux à l'entrée. il n'a pas fait d'état des lieux à la sortie. il a conservé le chèque de caution, et a essayé ensuite de garder la caution sous un prétexte fallacieux. Nous avons du faire opposition sur le chèque. pour éviter les embrouilles pénibles, exigez un état des lieux. Par ailleurs, appartement agréable, pratique et bien situé, juste un peu bruyant en journée (carrefour routier)

A chaque arrivée, je me charge personnellement de présenter en détail l'appartement, et de répondre à toute question. Le locataire en question, non content d'héberger plus de personnes que signalé au départ, a endommagé le refrigérateur, ce qui ne m'a pas été indiqué quand il m'a remis les clés. Voulant utiliser la caution prévue à cet effet, pour régler la remise en état du réfrigérateur, j'ai téléphoné au locataire, qui s'est bien gardé de me dire qu'il allait faire opposition à son chèque de caution. Ce qui a été fait immédiatement: j'en ai donc été de ma poche. C'est un comportement malhonnête, heureusement très rare.

Séjour très agréable, dans un appartement bien agencé et très bien tenu. La résidence est calme, aucun problème de stationnement. Accessoirement la boulangerie toute proche fait du pain et des croissants délicieux. Seul petit regret (mais ce n'est pas très important) : il n'y a pas de connexion Internet dans l'appartement.
