L'appartement LĂźle de Sein a une vue fantastique sur les cales du port militaire et sur le bĂątiment des Capucins. De jour comme de nuit, c'est vraiment sympa Ă  regarder.Nous avons passĂ© 5 jours extrĂȘmement reposants, l'appartement est trĂšs bien insonorisĂ©, la rue n'est pas du tout passante. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  200 mĂštres des Capucins, lieu piĂ©ton et culturel idĂ©al pour les enfants et adultes. Il s'y passe toujours quelque chose. Le tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique permet de rejoindre en un temps record l'autre rive et ainsi l'autre partie de la ville.Nous espĂ©rons pouvoir y retourner Ă  NoĂ«l prochain.

Pas terrible - appart Ile de ré

Un peu déçus. Envoyant les photos je m'attendais Ă  un logement avec des Ă©quipements neuf et bien agencĂ©. Enfaite, il s'agit de photo pĂȘle mĂȘles de plusieurs logements dans le bĂątiment. Les parties communes sont hors du temps. Logement au troisiĂšme ou quatriĂšme Ă©tage ( ile de rĂ©), pas d'ascenseur, une galĂšre avec un enfant de - 3 ans et toutes les affaires. ( enfant pourtant annoncĂ© durant ma rĂ©servation) Pas une seule porte de placard/dressing n'Ă©tait convenablement fixĂ©e, les matelas nettement trop souples. Au moment de faire dormir mon enfant dans son lit, je dĂ©couvre des vĂȘtements d'autrui sous la couette... Le propriĂ©taire (dont vous ne verrez jamais le visage) m'a rĂ©pondu par sms, juste un " oui bien sĂ»r" quand je lui ai demandĂ© si le logement avait Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©. Pas la moindre excuse par la suite. La nuit tombĂ©e, les moustiques envahissent l'appartement si vous laissez ouvert les fenĂȘtres. Aucune place de parking rĂ©servĂ© pour les logements hormis le Qpark payant Ă  300m accessible jusqu’à une certaine heure. Il y avait une agrĂ©able vue sur le chantier naval Ă  cet Ă©tage mais il faut aimer ce type d'architecture et les nuisances liĂ©es Ă  cette activitĂ©. Le livret d’accueil avec les activitĂ©s est pas mal. NĂ©anmoins, les alentours de l'emplacement de l'appartement n'Ă©taient pas vraiment rassurant ou spĂ©cialement agrĂ©able. Le logement restait cependant fonctionnel pour juste dormir(et combattre les moustiques), se laver, manger. Internet fonctionnait correctement.

Appartement parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, tout y Ă©tait ! Petit plus pour les draps avec lit fait et le prĂȘt des serviettes de bain, trĂšs pratique surtout sur un court sĂ©jour! Communication excellente avec Anthony pour cette location, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de pouvoir ĂȘtre libre sur les horaires d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part grĂące Ă  la boĂźte Ă  clĂ©. Merci aussi pour les petites attentions Ă  notre arrivĂ©e trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es par les enfants! 😉 dommage nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la machine Ă  pop corn nous avons fait des déçus 😉
