In a small calm village ideally located between Stari Grad, 5km, Vrboska 2km, Jelsa 3km, Pitve 3km, Svrice 2km and Hvar 15km.
The property has its own entrance with a private gate. Nice garden with 2 separated terraces and a summer kitchen for 10 persons, equipped with 6 burners gaz BBQ, fridge and sink. Nice size swimming pool with 8 lounges chairs. Big entertainment area inside, separate in 2 levels. Dining room with French door opening on the terrace by the pool. And an American kitchen fully equipped and dining area with its own terrace and outdoor stairs to access the garden and the pool. 4 double bedrooms and a separate study with a sofa bed. 3 bathrooms and a powder room.

The way of life on a small island is another feeling. Hard to describe.
Hvar has the chance to have 2 sides. The night life and action in Hvar village and on the other side 15km, Stari Grad and all the other little village around more traditional and untouched. Beautiful bays and wild beaches.
