High End Beachfront Family House @ Dorado Beach Resort

Spectacular beachfront 5,000 sq. ft. residence within the Dorado Beach Resort community area. The property has stunning views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. Features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (two of the bedrooms share a bathroom Jack and Jill), living room, dining room, family room, “L” shape covered terrace, outdoor open terrace, state of the art “Downsviews” cabinets and professional kitchen appliances. Marble floors throughout the residence and furnished with high end furniture and recognized artist artwork.

The rental includes a golf car, 4 bicycles, BBQ, kayak, beach utilities, pool table, 12 chairs outdoor sitting table, 55 curved Samsung Bose surround system, full package Direct TV programming and Apple TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.), TV’s in master and third floor room, internet facilities, A/C throughout the residence, 24 hour security.

Minimum rental allowed is 7 nights in high season. Important notice: after booked, we cannot accept changes in the reservation for less than 7 nights.

Wonderful week in Paradise

We had a wonderful multigenerational week in William’s beautiful home. The house was just as promised and the private beach area was a delight. William was a welcoming host and provided for all our needs. We hope to return in the future.

Quiet yet Connected

We had a wonderful time staying with you. We had 4 adults and 4 teenage boys. The property was perfectly located for a peaceful stay while be very connected (via golf carts) for the boys. We loved being able to close the blackout blinds and running AC only in certain rooms. View of the beach was awesome and we spent so much time outside under your covered patios front and side.

William is a very gracious host. His property as described. Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation. Seven of us stayed and never felt cramped. The pool table was a bigger plus than I thought. Gilmer, his assistant, was spectacular. Always concerned that we had everything we wanted. Thank You!

Everything you need

The property is spacious, beautiful and functional. We had extended family and everyone had sufficient space to vacation comfortably. The location is ideal - the ability to take advantage of the Ritz amenities is incredible and there are several fantastic local restaurants nearby as well. We also enjoyed bringing chefs in to cook for the group as well as making dinner on our own a few nights. The kitchen and dining area set up well for both. We look forward to returning again soon for another fantastic vacation.

This house was truly amazing. The location can't be beat and it's a quiet neighborhood very close to all the Dorado amenities. We sat outside a lot and looked at the ocean. William is extremely responsive and helpful. We would love to stay there again!

The property is amazing! Incredible views of the ocean, beautiful home and a relaxing spot. William is excellent and very responsive. The house is big and comfortable, easily accommodated 10 of us. You’re also a golf cart away from the Ritz-Carlton Amenities. Nearby restaurants had incredible Puerto Rican cuisine. Highly recommend!

Heaven in Dorado!

We loved this beautiful home in Dorado! The home itself is magnificent! To wake every morning to a scenic beach was breathtaking! Beautifully and immaculately furnished and stocked, there is plenty of space for everyone. We had seven in our group, and there was plenty of room for privacy or togetherness. Each bedroom had plenty of room and closet space, and were beautifully decorated with superior bedding and such. We prepared breakfast daily in the kitchen which had every imaginable item to use for preparation. It was a pleasure cooking in such a fine kitchen. Most of all, the owner, William, was such an amazing help to us, as this was our first trip to Puerto Rico. He and his assistant, Gelimar, gave us every information possible about the property, the area, the Ritz Club, restaurants, stores, tours, etc. He welcomed us when we arrived and not only gave us a personal tour, but left us "treats"-----food and such to get us through for a day and more. William was an unbelievable host! We would highly recommend this property along with a short term Ritz Club membership, which we used daily (the pool, restaurants/bars, health club). Amazing place!

Incredible stay in paradise! Amazing Owner and property. Great for family!

We had our family together with small kids and pre-teens to celebrate my father's birthday during Christmas week. William is an excellent host and was accessible before, after and during our trip. We were able to order groceries ahead of time and William was there to make sure all was set-up. We used the BBQ everyday, hired a chef, ate on the property and even uber'd to other restaurants. The house is well decorated/clean/ just incredible and the private beach is great. The Dorado resort is beautiful and so expansive and would absolutely recommend the short term stay passes. We would stay again. Thank you William!

Spring Break 2017 was a hit for our group of 9 at this lovely home in Dorado. Just walk out the back door to here the waves crashing on the beach or take a scenic bike ride through the interlocking communities your time here will be enjoyable. William was the most responsive owner I have encountered on my various journeys around the world. You can't go wrong with selecting this home for your vacation needs!!

Fantastic experience

We have enjoyed the whole week at this fantastic villa. The place itself is incredible. The Ritz Carlton hotel that supports the whole infrastructure is taking good care of the area. The owner is very gracious and the property is clean and stylish. Pictures are accurate and resort is wonderful. Willy (the owner) was tremendously helpful and focused on our having the perfect stay.
