Beach house located in a private,
gated community in Dorado with access to private beach.
You can sit back and enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from either one of the two terraces. Swimming, snorkeling ,paddle boarding and kayaking ( we have kayaks and a paddle board, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment available) can be enjoyed at the private beach which is located 20 steps from the house.
There is championship golf course within a 5
minute drive. Dorado has a variety of restaurants all located within a 5-10 minute drive from the house.
Supermarkets and cinemas are readily accessible.
The house has 5 bedrooms which were remodeled in 2018 (all with new A/C's) consisting ;
bedroom #1; king bed, desk and chair, sofa and ensuite bathroom with ensuite bathroom (this bedroom is on the 1st floor); bedroom #2; king bed, balcony with a view of the beach and ensuite bathroom and a roofless shower; bedroom #3, 1 queen bed and a day bed ( 2 twins) , ensuite bathroom and door to the terrace; bedroom#4, king bed with ensuite bathroom; bedroom #5, 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Bedroom #4 and #5 share a bathroom but they have separate vanities . Tv/game room upstairs also has A/C and sofa bed. The house has 4 full baths with showers (no bathtubs) and one 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was just renovated in September 2022- all new appliances . Wonderful view of the ocean while you are cooking!
House is not suitable for kids under 4 years old .

We traveled with our family of 8 and spent a week at the beach house. The house and location were amazing! We had everything we needed there.. space to spread out and everyone had their own space, the kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided along with paddle board, kayak, life jackets, beach towels… just everything. Bedrooms were spacious, the upper and lower patios were a wonderful place to hang out and watch the waves and relax after long days. The beach was beautiful and really was just steps away from the house. Diane was the best host. Very attentive, extremely friendly, and offered tons of suggestions to help us navigate our week. Thank you Diane for sharing your beautiful home with us!

What an amazing home! Ocean views from almost every room in the house and two levels of balconies that we were able to enjoy panoramic and endless ocean waves. The house had every amenity you would need to feel like home and just too comfortable to want to leave. The host was just so accommodating, too. She brought us groceries before we arrived because we were getting there very late and would not have had time to buy anything for breakfast the next day. She checked in with us throughout our stay to provide tips and ask whether we needed anything. She also brought us bottles of water when there was possible water pressure issue in the area - it did not happen but was glad to know we were taken care of. Just amazing experience and location. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing property and great host!

My family and I had an amazing vacation. Diane was helpful every step of the way. The property is just like the photos and we all had our space and could gather on the huge back deck to watch the waves and relax. Dorado has fun restaurants and San Juan is a short drive away. We will definitely be returning to this property.

I can't say enough of our family vacation in PR. My family loves to vacation in PR and this is the perfect home for us! There is something for each member of my family! The house is beautiful, warm, comfortable and the view is over the top! Diane is amazing keeping up to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough! Great Winter Getaway

My family and I enjoyed Diane's luxury oceanfront home. There was plenty of space for my family of 8. The views were amazing. She has went above and beyond to provide amenities for our family to help us be comfortable throughout our stay. The home is located less than 10 mins from several beaches, we were able to visit 2 of them. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Puerto Rico and wants to stay somewhere that provides a serene environment and peaceful experience.

Beautiful Villa on the ocean.

Our stay at this gorgeous house was wonderful! The place is clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked with quality materials. The deck is so spacious and is furnished for a large group. The host stayed in communication with us for the whole duration and answered any questions we had. She also allowed us to checkout as late as we wanted. I would love to book this place again.

Perfect for a Big Chill Weekend

The house was gorgeous. A perfect combo of en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms and common outdoor living.Very clean, very well equipped which we appreciated bc we cooked in a few nights. The protected cove with a beautiful beach was just steps away. Diane was a perfect hostess; she checked in occasionally, answered questions promptly, and made good suggestions. Enjoy!

Absolutely fabulous!

The home is amazing. As other reviews stated, the photos don’t capture the home’s beauty. The views are amazing, the beach is a 1 min walk, and each room is beautifully decorated. Both patios provide a variety of seating (or lounging) options to soak in the ocean views and sounds. The host proactively engaged with us to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We had an amazing time! We rented it for a family reunion and it couldnt have been more perfect. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It has everything that you might need during your stay. Paradise in Dorado

This place is beautiful. It is located inside a gated community in Dorado. The entire house was spacious and immaculate. A huge plus was the house back up Generator which came on during a major storm, it was a true lifesaver. The house is 100% Ocean front property, which provided awesome views of the Caribbean ocean from the upstairs or downstairs Patio. The owner was very nice and attentive. While we were there, we had a small problem that needed attention. I called her and she sent someone over right away and had it repaired it immediately.
