With a surface of 100m2, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa from the 60s. Completely renovated in 2017 by an architect, it offers high-end comfort and careful decoration. It has an independent entrance, living dining room with American kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra bed, and a children's room with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room, WC separated. Also available a folding cot and a high chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Plancha-raclette, multi-function robot.

Located 50m from the sea and the sailing club and 100m from the shops, the villa is ideally placed. You can discover the Opal Coast and the site of the 2 Caps nearby and take advantage of the exceptional offer of tourist and sports activities in Wimereux (windsurfing, Kite surfing, sailing, Horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, Golf ...)
You can also make getaways in Great Britain via Eurotunnel at 20 minutes but also take advantage of the Eurostar and TGV stations which put London and Brussels at 1 hour and Paris at 1:30.

Great location. Lovely interior design - cosy beach vibes. We would love to return in the summer months to make the most of the close beach location and terrace leading from the kitchen and living room.

Great location

The apartment was really comfortable and spacious. The location was very good, only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and Rue Carnot (the main shopping street). It was great to have parking too.

Family holiday

Lovely property. Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and just 3 minutes walk from the huge sandy beach. Weather was rather poor during our stay but that doesn't detract from the accommodation and location which were both excellent.

Immaculate & large apartment

Seconds from the beach & 2 mins from the lovely shops and restaurants we really enjoyed our stay. It is incredibly clean & very spacious, bigger than I thought it would be. Fast Wifi, no tv but you can use your own device. Very well equipped kitchen, huge fridge and dishwasher. We were glad to have a parking space and also we enjoyed the garden as it was beautiful weather. Restaurant le Carnot on the high street opposite Carrefour was very good too. Children enjoyed the spades and beach toys provided. Thank you very much.

Pleasant stay by the sea

A pretty apartment with a lovely kitchen and outside patio. Very close to the sea and town. Well equipped apartment, although a few things lacking such as a can opener but not a massive issue. Unfortunately there is only one toilet, although 2 bathrooms. The bed in the main bedroom is broken which meant we did not sleep well. We had to do a temprary fix ourselves to make it useable. It has a nice open lounge area which was comfortable and plenty of plates and glasses.

Tolle Lage, schöne, helle Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, super ausgestattete Wohnung, viel Platz und wirklich super Lage. Zum Meer nur wenige Schritte. Toll ist der eigene Parkplatz. Für das zweite Auto haben wir den kostenfreien Parkplatz am Ortseingang genutzt.

le logement correspond à l'annonce. Tout y est correct et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Juste un petit bémol pour une odeur persistante dans le hall d'entrée apparemment due à l'appartement de l'étage.

Alles in Allem einen schöner Urlaub! Was uns gestört hat: In der Garage konnte man KEIN Auto parken, sie wird eher als Keller genutzt. Somit hat man "nur" 1 Stellplatz und ALLE Parkplätze rund ums Haus sind kostenpflichtig (4H 30Euro!!!) Es gibt tatsächlich nur 1 Toilette in der Wohnung d.h.in beiden Bädern gibt es keine Toilette. Sonst ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und hat eine traumhafte Lage zum Strand!

L'appart est très lumineux et confortable. Très près de la mer. Les nuits étaient très calmes. Seul petit bémol : de la terrasse , le soir, on entendait très fort les voitures qui empruntaient la route juste à côté. Mais c'est sans doute à cause d'une déviation qui était présente pendant notre week-end.

Uitwaaien aan de Opaalkust

We verbleven in een fantastisch mooi, knus, gezellig appartement. ( benedenverdieping met terras) Madame Chochois liet ons binnen. Zeer vriendelijk! Het app.ligt op 50m van het strand dus ideaal! Uitstappen naar de omgeving :2 caps en Boogne sur Mer liggen vlakbij met de wagen. 👍 Een superfijne midweek.. Aan te bevelen!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und es gibt elektrische Rollläden zum Verdunkeln der Zimmer. Die Lage ist phantastisch und es gibt eine große Terrasse. Insbesondere die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und auf ein kleines Problem wurde schnell reagiert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Un superbe cadre pour de belles vacances familiales

Séjour d'une semaine en août avec 5 de nos petites filles de 6 à 15 ans. Le logement est très bien placé, à 100-150 m de la plage et près du centre et des commerces. Spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et agréablement décoré nous y avons passé un excellent séjour très détendu, avec le beau temps en prime. Seul petit bémol, la chambre avec les lits superposés manque de rangement. Avantage notable : la place de parking devant le garage, très appréciable puisque toutes les places de stationnement du centre de Wimereux sont payantes. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, nos petites - filles aussi puisqu'elles veulent y retourner.

Familienferien in Wimereux 2022

Wir kennen Wimereux seit vielen Jahren und sind immer wieder begeistert wie gut man auch ohne Auto sehr vieles erledigen kann. Die Kulturstätten und der Hafen in Boulogne sind auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Immer wieder gerne.
