À notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le logement était totalement différent de la description publiée sur votre site. -L’annonce précise « Villa » ou « maison entière », or il s’agit de 4 appartements mitoyens en rez de jardin, d’où une promiscuité particulièrement dérangeante ; « appartement » c’est d’ailleurs le terme qu’utilise le seul avis sur le site ;-Le jardin est en fait une bande étroite partagée par tous-Vue sur une dune sauvage : en fait il s’agit d’un terrain plat longé par une route-L’annonce précise 3 chambres alors que la chambre du 2ème étage est une mezzanine sans porte ni cloison, ouverte sur la cage d’escalier et donc sans aucune intimité sans compter le bruit des conversations à l’étage-L’annonce précise Bureau 1 : 2 lits Bureau 2 : 1 lit, or il s’agit de 2 lits superposés plus un lit coulissant, le tout placé sur le palier du premier étage, donc, là encore sans aucune intimitéAfin d’être totalement juste, je tiens à préciser que notre fille nous a rejointsde manière imprévue avec un petit chien d’appartement et qu’il ne nous est pas venu à l’idée de vérifier à ce moment si le logement était autorisé aux chiens, j’ai donc accepté de régler 50 en espèces ;Enfin, les propriétaires ont été d’une totale mauvaise foi en nous disant que sur l’une des 27 photos on peut apercevoir une partie de claustra sur la terrasse et que nous aurions dû deviner qu’il y avait donc mitoyenneté;je n'ai plus de place pour les autres détails

Die Wohnung und ihre Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch den Strand. Die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir haben unsere Ferienzeit hier sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
