Holiday home in LACANAU OCEAN, sector Aubarède

Adjoining pavilion with private garden (to share with squirrels!) ideal for 4 to 6 people, including:

On the ground floor: Kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, senseo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, open to the living room with TV80cm (international channels), dvd player - 1 bathroom water with wc- 1 bedroom with closet equipped with a double bed (recent bedding).

Mezzanine through including a large BZ (new) for 2 people (160x200), overlooking a bedroom with a double bed (recent bedding) and a wardrobe.

New: Internet - Wifi (free-box)

Outside a covered terrace with garden furniture and a sand garden equipped with a barbecue.
On the advice of our surfer holidaymakers we have installed a tap with platform to wash your boards!

Détente parfait au bord de la mer

Nous voulions aller sur l'atlantique pendant 5 jours pour se retendre avec la natation et le vélo. Nous avons pu faire tout cela et passé un merveilleux moment.avons pu faire tout cela

Ruhe pur inmitten von Eichhörnchen und Vögeln

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Nettes kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Wohnanlage. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Auch der Grill im Garten wurde von uns mehrfach genutzt. Im Garten kamen täglich die fast zahmen Eichhörnchen und viele Vögel an die Futterstelle. In der näheren Umgebung kann man gut Fahrrad fahren. Ans Meer oder auch in den Ort ist man in wenigen Minuten geradelt.

Situation impeccable pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer tout en pouvant profiter de lacanau océan à pied ou à vélo. L’espace extérieur est très agréable et ombragé, mais même si il pleut, une partie de la terrasse est protégée.

Super cadre dans une forêt de pins. Logement petit en taille mais hyper fonctionnel avec des espaces à vivre agréable et une terrasse qui fait office de vrai lieu de vie. Vraiment top.

Deux semaines avec des écureuils - Zwei Wochen mit Eichhörnchen

En juillet, nous avons passé deux semaines dans la maison de vacances avec nos enfants. Tout le monde s'y sentait très bien, il ne manquait de rien. Je tiens à souligner en particulier que notre propriétaire nous a très bien aidés et est venue en personne immédiatement lorsque notre voiture a été endommagée dans le parking de l'établissement. Je vous en remercie encore une fois. Nous aimerions revenir. Im Juli verbrachten wir zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus mit unseren Kindern. Alle fühlten sich sehr wohl, es fehlte an nichts. Ich möchte besonders hervorheben, dass unsere Vermieterin uns sehr geholfen hat und sofort persönlich gekommen ist, als unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz beschädigt wurde. Ich danke Ihnen noch einmal. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Le logement est très bien situé. Petit bémol pour l'étage car il faut être penché et éviter les bobos avec les poutres. Le jardin est très bien et très reposant. C'est très satisfaisant!!! Merci.

Une charmante petite maison au milieu des pins

La maison de Séverine et Xavier est impeccable, très agréable et bien placée. Séverine nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été flexible sur nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous n’hésiterons pas à la recontacter pour une éventuelle future location.

Maison bien située, sous les pins ombragée fraicheur assurée, calme et tranquilité, bien équipée rien ne manque, le seul bémol les chambres du haut un peu basse de plafond mais on ne fait qui dormir, Séverine est très agréable et disponible.
