Marriott’s Newport Coast is a fractional ownership resort, with inventory managed like a hotel. All villas feature the same upscale layout, furnishings, and amenities. While room views and locations vary, we can submit building or floor preferences to Marriott on your behalf, though these cannot be guaranteed.

Approximately half of the villas offer views of the golf course and nature preserve. The other half offers distant ocean views. While a request for an ocean view can be made, it cannot be guaranteed. Please note this resort is not directly oceanfront.

We had such a great stay at this property. The check-in process was easy. The condo was perfect for our family, it was clean and well taken care of. The view was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best vacations we have ever had, from start to finish. In the run up the hosts were perfect, really quick to respond and went over and above in making sure we had everything we needed.The property is amazing with some great amenities, stunning views and a team that want to help. The room itself was also perfect, it had everything we needed and was lovely and quiet. There was always plenty to do, which helped as we had a few rainy days!The only negative was the gym. Although the equipment was ok the fact that it was close to the pool and the kids club meant that a lot of children played in the gym. This was both dangerous for the children and also meant that things got broken. It's a pity that this wasn't monitored correctly.All said a fantastic festive vacation, we will be booking our next trip soon .....

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved having two bedrooms/bathrooms and the kitchen was very handy to have for easy meals. Beach shuttle was great and the pool/hot tubs well maintained. Location to Disneyland was nice for a full day visit. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun staying here. Besides the resort being a beauty, the activity calendar provides opportunities for families to plan ahead and participate in them. The communication with Ian was excellent. I had a lot of questions and hesitation and he was very helpful! Great property to stay in.

Parking was awesomely easy, spacious and well appointed rooms. Karen an awesome staff member fully assisted us in finding my friends’ hearing aid that was lost!!!! Then found, and she was kind enough to call me and let me know! Now in the process of having it Fed Exed back!!! How AMAZING THAT KAREN really cared. EVEN FOLLOWING UP after we had checked out! That speaks Volumes!

Newport Family Vacation

What a beautiful property to stay in. Our family of 5 adults and one 5 year old had an amazing time, there is something to do for everyone. Our 5 year old loved the magic show and the puppet show, both were very well done. The suites are well set up and are spacious for a family of 6. The pools were perfect as well. We loved every minute and will be back for sure.

Perfect family vacation spot!

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort. It’s always well-kept and clean with great amenities and pool areas. Recently it has been renovated so it felt new inside too. You can’t beat Newport Coast!

Great Stay at Newport!

The property is massive with tons of things to do! Check-in was a breeze and TravelScowt provided all we needed prior to our arrival. Our villa was large with plenty of room for our family of 5 that included a peekaboo view of the ocean. The Newport area is beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful family friendly resort

Spacious condo perfect size for a family of 4 with nice kitchen. Resort had many family friendly ammentities including heated pools, hot tubs, fire pits, pool-side dining, parks, activities. Nice location to explore nearby Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar, Newport Beach. And fairly close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm etc.

Newport Coast Villas are a fantastic vacation spot especially for family gatherings! Lots of activities and things for kids as well as adults. Good restaurants nearby and the Marriott shuttle is such a nice convenience. Highly recommended!

Great vacation spot for families

Fantastic vacation for large families. Six travellers in our group and had plenty of space. Resort is in beautiful area with lots to do. Check in was seamless. We did not get the buildings requested but it worked out for the best and loved the building we got. Property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely go back.

Amazing location - great resort

We've stayed here on several occasions before and know the place quite well. The resort is large and has 3 pool areas. The sunset views are awesome. Close to beaches and shopping, as well as sightseeing. This time we booked through "Travelscowt" and we can only recommend them. Everything worked perfectly, the price was right, and the information we received on the resort was accurate. All questions were answered within a short time.

Room quality can vary drastically depending on where and what building they put you in.

The first room we were given was not updated and had a terrible musty/moldy smell that I asked to be changed as my allergies were going crazy. They did move us but it was a handicap accessible room with short counters, beds and tables to accomodate someone with a wheelchair. That's not what we were wanting in a room.
