We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was the perfect size for us, very comfortable, and the hot tub was definitely a favorite. It felt cozy and relaxing, and overall we had a great experience.A couple of downsides were that the cabin sits up a pretty awkward hill, which was a little tricky to get up in a truck, and the shower water had a very strong sulfur smell.
Hey Amber, thanks for the awesome review! We are so glad you enjoyed the cabin. Thanks for saying with us and we hope to see you again soon in the smokies!
Property was not clean, evidence of mice upon check in, hot tub was also dirty. On third night mouse ran across floor, wife was ready to leave at that point so we did. Not the standard for Aunt Buggs

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We do want to mention that none of these concerns were reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware of the cleanliness concerns, hot tub condition, or possible pest issue, we would have responded immediately and done everything possible to correct the situation for you.
Providing a clean and comfortable stay is very important to us, and we regret that your visit did not reflect the standards we strive to provide. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay, very clean cabin, great for two people. Would definitely stay again. The only negative thing I can say is the entrance that leads to the cabin was a little tricky to find.

If I could give it a zero for cleanliness and mountain view I would. We stayed less than 24 hrs.No internet when we arrived but that was taken care of pretty quickly. It was down hill from there. Virtually no Mountain View because of all the over growth. Bushes out front hadn’t been trimmed all year. The vent, next to the bed,was full of insulation so I removed it to clean. That’s when I found a snakeskin. There were lots of bugs behind the tv stand and window sills. Dust between the chair spindles, not a minor amount. The outside of the fridge was nasty. Heavy dust on the ceiling fans, and too many bugs in the kitchen light cover to say the place had been cleaned for awhile. Stained sheets, we slept on top of the bed. Hot tub was at 100, couldn’t get it hotter, we wanted it hotter so we could have a relaxing soak.I washed every dish before using and refused to use the toaster. I only cooked eggs for breakfast. Everything things else we ate was not cooked there. Too uncomfortable to stay for the nice relaxing time away we really needed. It’s a shame really, The place is very cute and nicely decorated. Shower was ok, water never got very hot. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch and chair.

We are truly sorry that your stay fell so far short of the experience we want for our guests. The cleanliness concerns you described, including the bedding, dust, bugs, and hot tub, are certainly not the condition we expect a cabin to be in when a guest arrives. We understand how disappointing it must have been, especially when you were looking forward to a relaxing getaway.
We did speak with you regarding the concerns you reported, and we regret that we were not able to turn the situation around for you. We have shared your feedback and photos with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these concerns can be thoroughly reviewed. We appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback and sincerely regret that we did not provide the clean and comfortable stay you expected.
It was the perfect distance from all the things we wanted to do with still having the cabin isolated feeling we wanted.

Charming and cozy cabin. Close to most attractions in Pigeon Forge and about 15 min from Gatlinburg.
Getting up to the cabin is a steep hill but not terrible. I would not go up in winter time unless you have awd. Communication was excellent and self check in was easy
We loved the location and the cabin itself. It is very private, but not far from the main drag. We couldn’t find our remote to the TV and they sent someone out very quick to set up a new one. Our only suggestion would be to fix the blinds on the front door; they wouldn’t close all the way so we had to put a towel over the door. Parking for a truck is a little tight. We were there for our honeymoon and hope to return every year for our anniversary ❤️❤️

Nice little cabin
Overall a nice stay. Only a few negatives....parking spot, very awkward to get our truck parked. Yard and grounds hadn't been mowed or weeded in a while. The road up to the cabin is super steep, I wouldn't want to attempt it in the winter.
We would stay again.

The view was pleasant. However an update to appliances like the coffeemaker took 15 minutes to brew, the left front burner on the stove didn’t work, the toaster set my food on fire, it was toast, and the hot tub smelled and looked clean at first but shortly after, brown frothy bubbles wouldn’t go away no matter how much we discarded it. Management said it was due to iron in the well. Well we never had that happen before anywhere. My husband thinks it’s a plumbing issue. The cabin itself needs updating with the back deck. A part of wood has fallen off the house under kitchen sink we noticed when we got there. The back porch railing is so loose arms wobbles someone can lean on it to their death or get severely injured. The furniture (dresser) especially needs replaced. Can’t use it.

Stay in cabin
The top sheet on the bed was ripped, the floor was dirty/dusty (was looking for a broom there was 2 dust pans and no broom), the tub had grass clippings in it, the hot tub had a chalky feel and left white residue on clothing. The location was awesome.
Sweet Cabin located just outside of Pigeon Forge making it a perfect base camp for exploring the area. Internet was fast, cell signal strong and Dish TV reception perfect.
Exactly as advertised. Loved it!
