Tuscany, authentic house natural stones - private pool - 4/6 people

Beautiful natural stone house facing south with private pool and exceptional views in a beautiful and quiet village near Fivizzano. The rental is provided for 4 people, if need of max 2 additional people, the owner can help you easily (adjoining apartment with all the necessary equipment, bathroom, kitchenette, etc.). Exclusivity of the pool for the sole tenant! Recommendations: first time on Abritel in 2018 ... I have recommendations that I can forward because I also rent directly by myself on occasion or via another rental site.
Although located in Tuscany, the place is less "mass tourism" in terms of prices that are very democratic. In the restaurant, for example, pizza between € 5.5 and € 9 and wine Barbera d'Alba at € 6 a bottle.
The house was completely renovated in 2015-2016. It is divided into 2 separate dwellings of which one is rented. We have emphasized good bedding synonymous with well-deserved rest ... (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a beautiful sober and refined decoration, a swimming pool of 3m * 6m, a BBQ, a table football. .. a beautiful terrace with a table in the shade, ideal to eat together for lunch and dinner in a beautiful setting. The swimming pool can be lit at night to swim under the stars.
IMPORTANT 1: SHEETS AND LINGERIE OF TOILET ARE PROVIDED (rectification carried out this May 24th because there was an error in the description)

There is all the necessary comfort (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room in Carrara marble, 2 bedrooms).
Swimming pool safety for children: the only access to the pool is secured by a double swing door to the living room ("stable door" ... like a stable door)
All information, keys and good tourist plans (where to go, how, what time, etc.) or other (restaurants, doctor, supermarket, etc.) will be given on site by myself or our correspondent and friend Francesca (or her assistant Julia) ....

The village of Turano is a beautiful little village made up mainly of natural stone houses. It is inhabited mainly by people from the "country" (teacher, farmer, retirees, etc.) who are happy that the village revives in the summer ...
Parking available at the entrance of the village which is pedestrian (50 meters to make to reach the house)
The village of Turano is a 5 minute drive from Fivizzano where you can find everything you need (2 pharmacies, a supermarket, 2 butcher shops, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a church, 2 bakeries and a delicious pastry shop, etc.)

Sommerurlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Blick, den man auch direkt aus dem Pool heraus genießen kann. Die Lage ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig, also genau das Richtige, um im Urlaub abzuschalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und versorgt einen mit vielen Tipps, damit man sich in der Umgebung schnell zurecht findet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ruhig und nicht einsehbar in den Bergen. Wir haben den Pool jeden Tag bis spät in die Nacht genutzt. Der Ort Fivizzano hat alles , was man braucht. Restaurants und Bars und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Metzger war unser bester Freund und hat sich immer sooo gefreut, wenn wir kamen. Also wenn man absolute Ruhe haben möchte, hat man dort eine wunderschöne Oase. Und wenn uns danach war, sind wir los und haben uns etwas angeguckt. Vielen Dank nach „Giovanni“. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!!!

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Familie mit 2 Kinder 7 & 9 Jahre. Das Haus liegt abseits jeglichen Trubels in einem alten kleinen Bergdorf. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der Salzwasserpool mit 150cm Tiefe ist groß genug um sich zu erfrischen. Die Stechmücken und Wespenplage wären durch das ein oder andere Fliegengitter mehr, besser zu ertragen. Der ca. 10 Fahrminuten entfernte Ort Fivizzano hat ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Nötigste. Wer mehr will muss nach Aulla (30 Min.) fahren. Aulla hat eine gute Zuganbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend ( Cinque Terre, Pisa…) Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits, aber von Strand über Wasserfälle im Wald bis zum Sessellift auf den Berg mit Wandermöglichkeiten ist alles machbar. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Idyllisches Paradies im Bergdorf Turano

Charmantes Haus in den Bergen bei Fivvizano. Die Grillen zirpen, Schmetterlinge verweilen im Lavendel und die Schwalben trinken am Pool. In heißen Nächten sind allerdings viele Mücken unterwegs, also Antimückenspray nicht vergessen. Die Zimmer können sehr warm werden, lüften ist da möglich, wo Fliegengitter sind, das Haus könnte allerdings ein paar mehr davon gut vertragen. Die große Terrasse vor dem Haus bietet einen herrlich weiten Ausblick in die wunderschöne Landschaft. Der Besitzer steht bei Fragen telefonisch zur Verfügung und kümmert sich mit viel Herzblut um alle Belange. Der Kontakt ist sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Ein Tag am Pool im Wechsel mit Ausflügen nach z.B. Lerici, Pisa oder in die apuanischen Alpen brachten unserer Familie Erholung und viele schöne Erlebnisse. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, wir haben das Appartement dazugemietet,um mehr Platz zu haben. Ein schöner Urlaub in einem kleinen Idyll!

Skønt hus med privat pool

Vi er en famile på fem, børnene er 14, 17 og 23. Huset er godt indrettet med to gode soveværelser og et fint køkken-alrum. Når man er fem personer, kan der om aftenen være lidt kamp om sofaen. Wi-Fi fungerer godt. Vi lejede også lejligheden oven på, da vi var fem i alt. Der var både i huset og lejligheden redt op med sengetøj, håndklæder - to pr person - viskestykker etc. Alt var der sørget for. Poolområdet fungerer super godt (dog med et par problemer med pumpen, men det blev hurtigt ordnet af poolmanden - samme dag som vi kontaktede ejeren) Jeg kan varmt anbefale denne bolig.
