Casa Eli, is beautifully situated in large, flat grounds, with a river boundary at the bottom which you can cross via a little bridge to reach the village. Ideal for a quick morning walk to get bread! The location feels like and adventure to children, crossing the home made bridges over the stream/river.

This well maintained and well loved property is light, airy and spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms (one with 4 poster bed, one double and one twin), 2 bathrooms (one with hydromassage and turkish steam shower, and another with corner bath, double basins and separate shower), fully equipped kitchen diner, utility room, and living room with comfy seating, large sofa bed and fireplace.
Beamed ceilings and traditional style flooring feature throughout the upstairs, along with solid chestnut windows and doors.

Insect screens are fitted throughout the property.

Outside there are two covered terraces spanning two side of the house. These terraces are framed with arches - a perfect place for eating and relaxing al fresco.

There is plenty of room for exploring and one can walk cross country into the village of Pieve Fosciana via an enchanting 10 minute woodland walk, crossing the stream on handmade bridges.
There is a good sized bbq and an outdoor wood oven for experimenting with making bread and pizzas.
Garden house - this gives an option for indoor dining close to the BBQ and wood oven if required, and also provides a relaxing area away from the group if you wish to sit and read inside, but overlooking the garden.

Lucca is less than a one hour drive away, the beautiful mediaeval town of Barga is 20 minutes, Florence 90 minutes, Pisa 1 hr 15 minutes.
