This ground floor of 100 m2 overlooks a small private garden which overlooks a small valley which houses a golf course. Quiet but 10 minutes from the beach, this apartment is part of a small complex with common areas equipped with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a small children's playground. The apartment also has a garage.
45 minutes from Malaga Airport and Gibraltar and 15 minutes from Estepona, the place allows you to visit the Andalusian coast with confidence without living in the hustle and bustle of the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is ideal for a family with two young children or two couples or four friends who love golf and fresh air. A sofa bed increases the number of tenants to six.

Très bel appartement avec une vue superbe
Appartement spacieux dans une résidence avec une végétation luxuriante .Deux piscines très agréables . Des voisins Italiens très sympathiques . Un propriétaire efficace et disponible . Une situation idéale pour visiter le villages blancs , Ronda , Malaga , Tarifa , plages agréables avant Sotogrande et après Tarifa . Un endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Hemos estado unos días inolvidables. El apartamento es precioso, muy cómodo, limpio, con vistas al mar y a la montaña.
Primeras calidades, muchos jardines alrededor, piscinas (una de agua salada y otra de agua dulce), a diez minutos de la playa.
Propietario muy atento con nosotros, ha sido muy amable. La chica que nos recibió (Karine) muy agradable y competente.

We have been unforgettable days. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, clean, with views of the sea and the mountains.
First qualities, many gardens around, swimming pools (one of salt water and another of fresh water), ten minutes from the beach.
Owner very attentive to us, he has been very kind. The girl who greeted us (Karine) very nice and competent.

Loved our stay at this apartment!!
(Apologies for a slightly late review!) This apartment was well furnished, modern and clean. It had all items necessary for a stress-free stay (iron, hair dryer, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils etc). We absolutely loved having our own private garden to relax in during the day and the balcony space was fantastic for dining. We would definitely recommend and would love to return - thank you Laurent for being so helpful with our questions before and during our stay.
