Right as you walk in, you are greeting by a large open space that holds the entrance, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. With this great open space, everyone can be together without feeling cramped.

The living room opens up to a spacious enclosed sun room, with its own seating area, TV, foosball table, games, and more. Off of the kitchen, you find the game room of your dreams! It consists of a full sized pool table, dart boards, air hockey, and plenty more games!

This home has TWO master bedrooms, both with their own ensuite, private balconies, and coffee machines. One has a Queen sized bed, and the other, a King. There are two additional bedrooms with a shared full sized bathroom. One bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunk beds, and the other has a grand queen sized bed.

All of this, and we haven't even started talking about the outdoor space! This home has a HUGE backyard with a full sized in-ground pool with lounge chairs, a canopy gazebo area with couches, a dining area under a pergola, a fire pit area with seating, movie projector, two double canopy beds, outdoor grill, and still has plenty of grass space to score a goal in the soccer nets.

This home conveniently has a washer, dryer, wifi, and a TV in every room.

beautiful pool and plenty of space for large group

We had a wonderful stay at this home for my friend’s bachelorette party. There is a lot of room for sleeping and relaxing, indoors and outdoors. the Pool and whole backyard area were perfect. about 15 min drive from everything (beach, vybe district, bars, etc). grocery stores closer. You can tell this place is well loved. There are definitely repairs needed in the property (ceiling of master, kitchen stove top, etc) but this didn’t take away from our stay. I do wish the grill propane tanks were full and that the pool and lawn mower guys came before we arrived ( they were there doing work on our second day) but overall i’d recommend this place for large groups.

Family weekend at the beach

There was some frustration when we all arrived. Unable to get into the home and unable to get ahold of the property manager. Had to call VRBO which was a headache as well. Eventually we were able to get in… the home it’s self is very nice and has much potential but… the house looks like it hasn’t had a good cleaning or a dusting in I don’t know how long. The back yard was nice and offered a lot for the kids in our group to do, they really enjoyed the pool. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping, and different places to eat.

Family Vacation

Fantastic interior space that gave our family of 10 lots of room. We were not on top of each other. The pool was the best part of our stay here. Our entire family enjoyed it. Lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy being together. Only two areas of dissatisfaction. One, the master bedroom had water leaking from the ceiling because of faulty air conditioner. HVC person came. The second was the yard is not well cared for. Location is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this property. Communication with owner is excellent.

Rocky start but all issues were promptly resolved

The property manager didn’t send check-in instructions and it took a few tries to get the information. Once we got to the house, the pool was not clean, the kitchen sink wasn’t working nor the sink from one of the bathrooms. The property manager fixed all issues promptly. The house is well distributed with a great backyard. The neighborhood is calm, close to many stores, with a short drive to the beach.
