Close to the beach and shops 5 minutes (500m), our apartment is ideal for a quiet holiday without a car. A large terrace without vis a vis covered with barbecue, will accommodate your meals and your moments of idleness.
Located in a quiet area, it is between the bike path of Mimizan and the Current (river connecting the ocean and Lake D'Aureilhan); ideal for beautiful bike rides, or swimming for young children.
The apartment is a T4 on the 1st floor and last on the whole of a big house, it has a parking as well as a private access.
The accommodation is designed to accommodate 6 people and consists of:
- a large covered terrace
- 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds)
- bathroom and separate WC
- living room with kitchenette

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Strand und das Zentrum von Mimizan-Plage sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Isabelle hat immer superschnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Sie und die Personen, die uns empfangen und denen wir die Wohnung am Ende übergeben haben, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit gerne wieder mieten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout à pied. L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux, le petit plus : une grande terrasse au soleil le matin et à l'ombre l'après midi.

Appréciation logement
Super logement avec des propriétaires gentils et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je conseille ce logement pour des personnes avec petit budget qui veulent profiter de l'océan qui est à 5 min à pied. Tout était fonctionnel et au top !

Appartement situé idéalement, à 5min des plages à pied, à 10min du centre ville à pied.
A qq mètres on trouve la piste cyclabe pour ceux qui aiment le vélo et la forêt à 10min pour ceux qui aiment les balades pédestres.
La voiture n'a quasiment pas été utilisée, c'est un point fort, comme l'accueil à l'arrivée ou au moment du départ.

Tellement cette location est excellente à tout point de vue que j'ai envie de dire le contraire pour pouvoir la louer facilement l'année prochaine. 😁
Sinon le plus de cette location est vraiment l'immense terrasse couverte et la localisation.
Je ne connaissais pas Mimizan, on va dire que grâce à la Covid j'ai pu découvrir cette charmante ville touristique.

Une super semaine !
Mon groupe d‘amies et moi sommes ravies de notre séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé! La terrasse est super pour l‘apéro après la plage ;) Tout est accessible à pied et c‘est très agréable. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de passer une super semaine :) (malgré la météo qui n‘était pas de notre côté)

Séjour ur parfait
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement très bien équipé et dont la terrasse couverte est un plus à la fois pour la pluie et le soleil.
Localisation idéale car dans un quartier calme mais à 5 min à pied de la plage et du centre.

Die FeWo ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man gebrauchen kann. Ab und zu stank die Papierfabrik, aber das kann man ja nicht ändern. Alles in allem war alles gut.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Mimizan!
Die Wohnungsübergabe klappte einwandfrei und zügig. Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sie bietet auch größeren Familien ausreichend Platz (die Fotos zeigen dies ja). Der große Balkon/Terrasse ist eindeutig ein Riesenvorteil! Und das der Strand in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar ist, ist natürlich ein Traum.
Isabelle hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben bei ihr!
Eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern!
