This is beach life at it's finest. Stunning expansive home, with open floor plan, coveted 2 car garage and off street parking. 10 year old construction, quality and high end details throughout. Beautifully appointed, this home won't disappoint. Large enough for a 2 family retreat with great spaces for kids.

This home boasts lovely leather furniture, quality stainless kitchen appliances, full size front loading washer/dryer set, well built furniture throughout, and comfortable and stylish bedding and accessories. The Master Suite includes breathtaking bedroom suite, gigantic private deck with hammock, and jetted 2=person jacuzzi tub.

2nd floor hosts massive great room, large flat screen TV and board games galore. Spacious great room for hanging out or entertaining, with sliding door leading to massive 2 story decks. Big enough for the whole family! Just step outside to a massive deck with cute outdoor furniture and accessories. You'll enjoy sunsets and stunning bay views only 2 blocks to the beach.

Walkability is a 10 for the whole family. Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, Brigantine Bagels, Dollar Store, Acme grocery just 2 block away, and an easy walk/bike ride for the kids. CVS, Richman's and Aversa's market just 3-4 blocks away! Want a longer walk or bike ride? Aunt B's, Souliberri are a great option.

For the adults? There's always Laguna Beach Bar, and real gem where folks all along the shore come to enjoy! Cove Restaurant can be seen from the deck :) This home is right in the heart of it! 5-minute Uber ride to the casinos, and gorgeous Gardner's Basin with fantastic outdoor bars.

Enjoy driving on the beach? Yeah, so do we :) Have you heard about The Cove (not the restaurant, the beach one......) or Jetty Beach? If you choose to enjoy this, 4x4 permits are available at the Brigantine Community Center, and just a 2 block walk! There's also a skate park, dog park, and mini golf there as well

Parking is no problem with generous 2 car garage and driveway. There is free street parking all around. A real bonus!

The house includes a gas grill, ancillary fridge in garage for extra
ice and beverage storage. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, limited bikes, boogie boards etc are all available for you use.

10 Star Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. We had a range of children from 6 months-9 years old, including several adults and had plenty of room. It was a short walk to the beach and the amenities were more than enough. The check in and check out process was a breeze and Dre and Megan were always so prompt and helpful in answers our questions. 10 stars!!

Amazing time

The property was beautiful. It was lovely to sit on one of the spacious decks and just relax. Also it was really easy to contact the host with any questions. I definitely will be visiting again.

Very nice property

The house worked perfectly for our group of seven. Very well appointed with everything anyone could want for a beach stay. Only disappointment was the second floor TV cable box did not work even though we tried several reboots. Otherwise everything was excellent and in good working order.

Perfect beach house for large group!

We had the best weekend at Meghan’s house! Plenty of space for 9 adult women. The house was so beautiful, clean, short walk to the beach and had plenty items if anyone forgot something. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

The best property in Brigantine

Our party included 7 adults and 1 child. Meghan's house had so much room to spread out. The middle floor, with the kitchen, tv, family room and balcony was the perfect place to congregate. The house was in decent walking distance to the beach. She even provides a very large beach buggy, chairs and umbrellas! I loved this property and could just sit on those balcony's for hours enjoying the view!

Why they chose this property

This is our home away from home. We spend our weekends here, with our parents living here full time. Like most, it was our dream to be close to the shore, and we rented in Brigantine over the last few years and fell in love. The island retains all the charm of the Jersey Shore, without all the over-development. Minutes away from the casinos and boardwalk activities, but peaceful and quiet.
